Armor Description:
The Storm Sworder's armor is just about the best in town. It's made of high-tensile new composites that give it exceptional armor strength and coverage. The armor and the structure are one on the Sworder, making the thing very hard to take out. The Sworder is the toughest fighter around, surpassing the Glaive Quama, and just a notch under the bomber-type Pteras for durability. Definitely not something you want to mess around with.

Mobility and Power Source:
The Storm Sworder is pretty much the F-22 of the Zoids world. It's the latest and greatest fighter around, and by far the best balanced one in existence. It's an air superiority fighter, boasting excellent firepower, amazing responsiveness, and the best acceleration and climb rate in town. Despite its much greater weight, the Storm Sworder is just as maneuverable and responsive as the Raynos. The Sworder's core is also a very powerful breed, and can sustain intense flight and energy expenditure indefinitely. Finally, it's also very physically strong, especially due to the organoid system.

Top Laser Sword
The retractable forehead spike on the head of the Storm Sworder can be charged up with laser energy. It's mostly for the daring pilots, as you either have to come in from below your enemy, or roll upside down to slice into them. Still, the blade is insulated enough for the charge to be kept on as long as the pilot likes.

Wing Laser Sword x2
The signature weapons of the Storm Sworder. Two durable alloy blades that extend forward from the wings' leading edge, they carry a potent laser charge to them. Combined with the sheer speed at which the Storm Sworder can approach its opponent, these are dangerous weapons indeed. It takes a very experienced pilot to bring out these weapons' real potential.

40mm double-barreled Laser Machine Gun x2
The main dogfighting weapons of the Storm Sworder. Each one is effectively two laser machine guns, firing potent blasts of energy at a high rate of fifteen bolts per second each. They're incredibly accurate, being near-instantaneous, and can burn through an opponent quickly. However, they heat up rather quickly, and rely on airflow over the wing to cool them. For this reason, the Storm Sworder can only really fire them continuously at Mach .7 and above.

Iron Claw x2
The Storm Sworder has two powerful talons for feet, and they can exert a very solid grip on an ally or enemy. The Sworder can airlift Zoids up to eighty tons, at a maximum speed of Mach 0.8. On the ground, their increased grip allows the Storm Sworder to jog at 180 kph on most pliant surfaces.

Organoid System
Without a doubt, the reason the Storm Sworder is the most dangerous fighter you'll see nowadays. The organoid system is a special unit built into the core that serves as a command, control, and augmentation unit for the Zoid itself. While any Zoid, like an animal, has instincts, and many are debated to be sentient, there's no question that the Storm Sworder is not only self-aware, but a cocky SOB at that. The Storm Sworder can fly missions on its own, without a pilot handy, or even take over should its pilot black out mid-flight. Of course, with a pilot working alongside the organoid system, the Sworder performs better than it would were it simply on its own. Not only that, the system provides for better reaction time, flexibility, power and endurance. It's not an automatic win, however, as the Sworder is still fully capable of being shot from the sky, but it makes the craft an amazingly dangerous adversary. Sadly, it is this system which makes Storm Sworders a rarity awarded to very few pilots.

Engine Pod x2
The two engines located on the back of the Storm Sworder provide the remainder of its thrust. When all three are active, the Sworder enjoys increased response time, acceleration, and the ability to reach Mach 3.2, but the two supplementary engines leave thick white contrails, making the Storm Sworder's path easy to follow.

Thruster Engine
The Storm Sworder's primary engine is located inside its chest. Being the heaviest component, and situated directly on the Storm Sworder's center of gravity, it helps the craft roll easily about its axis. It's also the best-protected engine the Sworder has, because it's essential for the craft's flight. On its own, the main engine powers the Storm Sworder up to Mach 2.
