This Tutorial will guide you on how to make a nice simple layout in Photoshop.

Part 1
1.) Make A New Image, Size 700x600 and fill it in with #92B134

2.) Create a new layer and name it BANNER.Select The Rectangular Marquee Tool And set the style to fixed size located on the toolbar above your image. Make the size 600x150 and place it near the center of the canvas and a little bit from the top. Fill it with #BADC51. You Should now have this.

3.) Create a new layer and name it NAVIGATION. Now once again take your marquee tool but make the size 600x30 and place it 1 pixels below your banner and fill it with #B9D369..

4.)Create a new layer and name it CONTENT. Now once again take your marquee tool but make the size 600x430 and place it 2 pixels below your banner and fill it with #CCE57F.


PART 2, DETAILS
5.) Click On the banner layer and make a text layer. Type a bunch of small plus symbols and one big one and make the colour #92B134. Mess Around till you get somthing simmilar to this.


6.) Click ont he navigation layer and write you links colour #92B134. Like this.


7.) Now on the content layer just write the word content in colour #92B134.


Your finished, you now have a small attractive layout. Experiment with this tutorial and images and chance colours and see what you come up with.
