Title: Wilson's Marriage
Description: Should/shouldn't he, Will/won't he?

I think he should get divorced but he won't. Unless there's waaaaaaaay more characterization for him. I figure it'll eventually get to the point where it's a really well known fact that he's in an unhappy marriage and he wants to and should get a divorce, but they probably won't write it in.

I think he shouldn't but will. I think as House says he loves his wife. His problem is he loves all the girls. Switching wifes every couple of years isn't solving anything. He needs to face his issues as well. Either get married and stay that way or get divorced and screw around the rest of his life.

I think he'll eventually get divorced but only long after the relationship has become absolutely unbearable, primarily through his own neglect of his wife. He DOES love all the girls, but I get the feeling that he's really not much for commitment.
I agree with Lemurs, though--he needs to shit or get off the pot.

That's an interesting metaphore....
I thin TelegramSam is right; he seems to be in a deciding phase right now, that is, if House isn't reading to much into him with the girls around the hospital. That very well could be it, but somehow I find it highly unlikely.

Wilson probably likes the idea of marriage and what it stands for, but when he enters into it, it's not all what it cracks up to be. There is work to be done in making and keeping a good marriage. But if Wilson spends all his time and energy in becoming and trying to stay a success as a doctor at a top hospital, there is probably very little left in the tank when it comes in trying to make a marriage work. That's when the problems start to creep in.

Yeah, those are all really good points. It's weird, but it's one of those things where nobody really knows if they should root for the wife or not. Because they don't really say she's a bad person or that she treats him unfairly and that that's the cause of the problems, but they don't say if Wilson is the one who's not putting the attention into the marriage. I guess they both probably just let it get to the point where neither of them is happy and until something unbearably bad happens, they don't see much reason to try and change it. I'm curious to see how it'll work out.
