Hm, interesting. And at least Olivia Wilde looks like someone who would be old enough to be an actual doctor, at least from the picture on the site. I might have actually believe her as Cameron. Anyway, let's hope we got another strong female, not another psycho-stuffed animal, MPD sufferer like Cam.

I wonder if they'll stick around... they can't have all four of them staying and the three ducklings, there would be too many characters weighing down the plot, I doubt the writers could juggle that many of them without dropping a ball or two.

Well I guess we'll see how things turn out. I wouldn't be heart broken if Cameron got a job in Zimbabwe or somewhere and never came back. :P

It sounds to me that they'd be more willing to drop some of the newer ducklings then the older ones. Who knows maybe Cameron will leave.

It would be awesome if we had a parade of new ducklings next season, some of them only lasting a week, some of them sticking it out for a month or two before finally getting fed up with House!

But I do hope the old ducklings (hmmm . . . should we start calling them "ducks" now that they've left the nest?) are around in some capacity. OK, really, I mostly want Chase, as he was becoming quite interesting at the end of last season. And Foreman, if he gets over himself and goes back to being a character who I kind of liked. Cam can stick around as long as she isn't front and center, being shved down our throats.

Yes, that is about the only good thing I can say about how fast this summer's gone. As an aside, that comment is proof in part that I'm an alien in my own family or at least part of it. One of my cousins, her husband and three of their kids were passing through town today. There's a local drive-in restaurant here--like Sonic, except the real deal and you can eat inside too-- that they always like to go to and there's an informal tradition that when the kids come into town we go book shopping as they all like to read, though not as much as I do, so they stopped off for a few hours. In the midst of a lunch time discussion at said restaurant we were talking about what everyone had been doing and the thirteen year-old, who has a lawn mowing business this summer, commented that summer had gone by fast. I sympathized with him thinking that he was experiencing the same thing I am--albeit I'm not going back to school, but I'm still sort of feeling sad to see all the summer related activities come to an end anyway-- when he followed up with the comment that the reason he wa sorry the end of summer was approaching was that he hasn't made enough money yet :o

I! AM! NOT! RELATED! TO! THIS! CHILD!!!! there must have been a mistake at the hospital or something when he was born. Well, except his grandfather, my uncle, is the same way as is the rest of the family to some extent. I candidly admit that I do pinch the pennies so hard that Abe Lincoln begs for mercy sometime, but seriously. . . .

Okay, back to the topic at hand. Thanks big, big, (Stephen King/Dark Tower reference there) for posting those. The close up of Hugh's gorgeous hands alone--when the image is enlarged it takes up my whole screen and then some-- is worth it. Also, is it a sign that I'm sick that I've been squinting at the picture trying to see what books Wilson has in his office? One is a medical title, but the rest I can't make it, but they look like they might be on less serious subjects.

LOVE the pic with Wilson, and Wilson's toy bear, both looking up at House! Too cute!

House seems kind of lost in the one where he's sitting with his feet up on his desk, like he's thinking, "Wish I had my ducklings around to torment . . ."

Nice bit of continuity: we saw Wilson in a McGill sweatshirt once, didn't we? And now we have a diploma to match.

I kind of wanted to see pics of the new ducklings, just so I could begin to decide if I thought they fit, and also to see what they looked like. But I'm not complaining about getting to see Wilson and House.

I assume that the spoiler warnings were because people's comments below the pictures might contain spoilers. But the pictures themselves don't tell us anything we didn't already know, right? We knew that Wilson, Cuddy, and House will be back; it's the ducklings who are in question.

Of course, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe the fact that Wilson has a teddy bear with its own stethoscope and lab coat will be a key plot point next season . . . :-)

Great pictures! It seems like House lets out precious little news/spoilers during its off-season compared with other shows. Looks like they're finally tossing bones. ;)

I think the Russian Duckling Roulette sounds like fun. Bring it on! :D

I think it'll be interesting to see how House breaks in his new Duckings, what he does to annoy them/torture them..the tpyical stuff he did with Cameron, Chase and Foreman.
