Just wanted to 'pop' in and say Hello and Happy Turkey Day!
If you find yourself in the unique position to prepare a turkey today, always remember and never forget, especially if you're Dr. House, that discetion is of the up-most importance when deciding where to insert your thermometer!

Happy Thanksgiving! I just ate an incredible breakfast and I'm looking forward to an incredible dinner. My family doesn't care for turkey, but we'll eat it anyway to make my aunt happy. ;) I'm looking forward to the potatoes, green beans, and pumpkin pie. .

Have a happy one! So, what did everybody do? I was sick, so my mom and I rented a bunch of movies and watched them all day, the best of which being The Lake House. Great music.

I stayed at home with my parents, and one of my mom's friend's from her work came over. We had food I didn't eat any turkey as I don't like turkey but ate all the sides. I made the mash potatoes as I make the best in my family.
I was going to go out with friends but they all had family plans, but I went out with them last night and went to build a bear, and I made a stripper bear named Raul, he moo's. We were going to record sex noises but none of us felt comfortable doing that in a store full of little kids. It's not so much the little kids as the parents that scare me.

PPD! You're still alive! :D Did the search bunnies find you? Hope you're doing well, it's nice to hear from you again.
As far as Thanksgiving, I didn't do the usual preparations and paid the price! Up at 6 and cooking all day for dinner at 5. Plus wroking on the start of a cold din't make it any better.
But, all went well (No extra sauce on anything :lol: ) and I put out a pretty good bird and trimmings. Just finished up the leftover last night so I need to actually cook again tonight instead of just throwing turkey in with something else. :P
