Title: Mom
Description: For those that didn't see it elswhere

Not that it's that big of a deal but I thought I'd at least make an attempt at explaining my recent inconsistancy.
On Sept 5 my mom fell and broke her leg in three places. She has been in a nursing home pretty much since then. For the purpose of physical therapy and such while she recovers, not anything permanent.
So sometimes when I think I'll have time to do things I do not and other times I find unexpected chunks of time unaccounted for that I can use to update and such.
But, all is going well, she should be coming home in two weeks. Still in a cast but home at least. This will take some adjusting too and so for the next month or so I may disappear for period.
I will try to keep up and stay with projected time frames but I've never been good at that kind of thing to begin with :P !
And, work is still crazy, which is good but leaves me little time to do alot of the things I used to do from work.
So, all in all , thanks for being so patient and I will catch up one of these days. And don't stop writing and posting fics because of me! There are always anxious readers here to satisfy. ;)

If you need any help just let me know and I'll see what I can do.(I mean in terms of the site) I have no life.
I'm glad you're mom's coming home, if I remember correctly last time you mentioned this you weren't sure how the physical therapy was going. Did it get better or did they give up?

Thanks prpl! If it comes to that, I'll keep you in mind but right now I'm still able to squeeze a little in here and there. Enough to keep it from getting overwhelmingly overdue.
Things are going well. She's actually in a bit better shape than when she went in. She is still not allowed to put any weight on the broken leg and will be in the cast until at least the end of November. The orthopedist says it is healing so that's good. He's pleased with what the xrays show so we are on schedule.
We still have the weekly appointments with him but hey, I get to take the day off work and once the appointment is over I've got most of the rest of the day to catch up on things.
The big test will be when she gets the cast off and has to do rehab on that leg. If the current progress is any indication it should all be a very good thing for her and get her into better all around shape than she has been in quite some time.
Thanks for asking!

RTL, it's cool. And at least you have an excuse. Me, I'm just stuck in a rut. I will, I swear, get a profile to you for the page though I know nothing about making banners.
Take care. Hope you and your mom both have better times ahead.

Thanks all! You're all so sweet. :)
A little update, mom had her "Home evaluation" yesterday. (Basically they come out to the house with her and see if she can get around. Check for any safety issues etc. and make some recommendations) They were happy with the house and mom's ability to get around so she should be home sometime next week (darn paperwork!)
Once she's settled at home I can get back to work on the websites and bugging everyone around here! :P
Oh, and more good news. The coffee shop I prefer to hang around in now has free Wi-Fi!! Yeehaw! My muses are very, very happy!!! :D
And Benj, I hope you've adjusted to your new work and are getting some sleep these days. Let us know how that is going.
