can you think of any reasons why wilson would need to visit another another for, say, a week?
and he knows someone at this hospital who's a good oncologist/doctor friend of his.
and before i turn this fic into my obsession, because i think it's the best thing I've ever written since I was three and a wrote 'prudence' without breaking anything...

The only idea that I can think of to get Wilson to another hospital is that he is going to a conference elsewhere in the United States and a friend that he sees during the conference could invite him to come to the hospital or ask him for a consult or something.
As for a House story with House as a child-I am open for anything however I see the best potential in it if it is not exclusively him as a child. Something like House is asked a question by his ducklings; he dispels them, starts doing something and has a flashback to his childhood that answers the question. But I'll say again, I am open for anything.
Hey, write what you feel. Not my cup of tea but I believe if handled well it could be a very interesting plot. I believe there is a lot of crap out there that has, at it's center a very intriguing idea. One never knows until it's being written if they can make it work or if it can work at all. So go for it.

The only thing I could find on post size limits stated that the max is 60,000 character and it cannot be changed. Looking over some of my fics I hit the 60,0000 character mark at between 25 and 30 pages in MS Word so you should be good to put all 14 pages in one post.
