Go to www.talktotvguide.com. You'll need to answer a questionaire, register as a member in their little community and agree to recieve periodical emails from them. They say you can unsubscribe at any time so it's worth it.

You may also enter by printing your name, address and phone number on a postcard and mailing it to "Talk to TV Guide" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9299, Medford, NY 11763-9299. Mail-ins must be postmarked no later than 7/28/06 and be recieved by 8/3/06.
