I voted yes and would not tell house. I think he would just wait until house figured it out, because he knows he would eventually.

You know, it's hard to say if Wilson would cheat on his wife. Yes, Julie is his third marriage, but to be fair, it hasn't been said what went wrong with the first two. And yes, I know Wilson does like to look, when given the chance (Detox):

Besides, if Wilson couldn't keep that lunch with the nurse in Fidelity a secret, how much of a chance does he have in keeping an affair from House. He'd get it out of him in no time.

On this one, I agree with Jackie. He wouldn't have to tell House. House would find out on his own. Then pester Wilson about it endlessly.

That's why I think he'd tell House. If House found out he'd find every way he could to torment Wilson with it. Where as if Wilson came clean on his own House wouldn't find as much pleasure in tormenting him about it. I'm sure Wilson knows that by now.

I believe that could cheat but will he. He would tell House because in some way he trust him. What about the nurse had hired, he could had something wih but we do not know if he did. Wilson' s wife could chear as well because he is never at home and she has the chance too.
