I'm looking for scientific evidence of the link to marijuana and bone loss due to cadmium. I couldn't find it in a quick general search. Can you help? Thank you.

I could probably help with marijuana leads to memory loss angle <_< .

*scratches woolly head* This was the best I could find-

I guess the marijuana part is only significant in that it was grown in cadium contaminated soil. I guess the same would happen if you ate banannas that had been growing in simalarly polluted ground.

Amusing because when you search these terms, Taru's Transcripts Site is the top pick :)

Here's a link that talks about the kidney and bone problems (page down to "clinical effects"). I think the idea was that the marijuana had been watered with ground water that contained cadmium (or maybe grown in soil contaminated by cadmium), not that marijuana itself causes cadmium poisoning.
