Has anyone else seen the description of Sports Medicine that talks about Foreman dating a drug rep and House and Cameron going on a social date to the Monster Truck rally? Is that a real description from somewhere, or is someone fooling with the fans? Thanks, if anyone knows....

At one point and time, the
Tvtome site had a description like that when it came to explaining the plot for that episode, but it's been changed for whatever reason. Couldn't tell you what that means for the episode though...

TVGuide.com is still talking about Cameron, House and the monster truck rally...
"There's major-league trouble in the House tonight. The doc is back on his painkillers, but that doesn't make him nice or anything, even though he does have a date, of sorts, with Cameron (they go to a monster-truck rally). Felicity alum Scott Foley guest-stars as this week's patient, a ballplayer with a history of drug abuse."
Personally, I'm clinging to that "of sorts"...

If the ballplayer is not using steroids why are his kidneys failing? His wife wants to five up the baby and he wants to keep it. Can you live with one kidney? The husband says is murder if she does not want it.

Thanks for the info. I can't believe they'd do any sort of relationship stuff at this point and especially not with two main characters. Hmmm........ maybe the "of sorts" is him just taking her there to cheer her up. You know how she gets with the baby storylines.

I saw the clip and House comes in and tell him that he is using steriods and the test turns out to be that he is clean. This is going to be a very interesting episode. I am an hour from House and it is going to be great. I like all the episodes so far. I really hope that they have a second season.

Wow that episode was good from beginning to end. I am wondering who is this Stacy person that Wilson was going to see. Was a forner flame of House or is Wilson cheating on his wife? I can believe that it was cadmium poisioning but I would have never guessed it. It keep me on my toes all night. I feel like they are playing the episodes out order.

I really liked this ep. The "cotton candy" scene was my fave, but they were all good. What a ton of backstory for one ep!
Things I liked:
1) the synchronization of the "cotton candy" scene. Watch it on slo-mo and you can see the couple walk in front of them, sharing a coke together. Then you see both House and Cameron look at the couple, then look away as if remembering their own individual cuddly times. And then House asks her for the candy (to share), then she takes it back (to show she can share too). Good job, Bryan!!
2) House and Wilson in their struggle over Stacey. I remember asking my best friend in high school if it was okay to go out with her ex-boyfriend
3) the hug scene in the hallway - House finally committing to a real patient problem that way
4) the cool way House one-upped Foreman once again - the guy's got to be getting a complex by now!
5) House asking Cameron to the rally - Hugh played that perfectly
Okay, better go watch the tape again....whew!

I saw the couple, and the glance that the both gave, but didn't piece together the cotton candy, good job!
I said it once, and I'll say it again...I hope they become friends and friends only

I don't think it'll go too far. I think to a degree House was just trying to prove to Jimmy that he could get someone else to go with him. I also think he wouldn't go alone but wouldn't waste the opportunity he just paid $1000 for.
He obviously had fun and I think Cameron had a part in that. She wants to fix him so she probably made sure he enjoyed himself. I think she cares for him because he needs someone to care for him, not because she has a crush or is in love with him. She can see through him. She may not always understand what she sees but I think she has a little more insight than the others.
But hey we're talking Hollywood here. If anyone with any sway over there at FOX happens through here
"DON"T DO IT!!!!"

Did you guys notice that he was using a different cane at the end??? It had the standard head, *Rounded, not the nice flat one that he usually has* but it was covered in chrome or somthing...hmmmmm...*hopes he keeps the old one because it's nicer*
Mad_Zebra - February 24, 2005 06:26 PM (GMT)
Yea I saw that too. Maybe its his 'not at work' cane. If he has so many different kinds of Nike Shox, he can have several canes.
