Help me. I am stuck. I have commited a cardinal sin of not knowing just where I was going with Legacies and Lollipops.

I need a reason for the breakthrough pain. I do not want it to be lethal or requiring the sort of treatment which will render House bald. I haven't a clue what the problem should be. Maybe I am just in a muddle because I wanted House to be the only person who can diagnose the problem.

Any suggestions for a condition, benign tumor or spontaneous unjury which is easily fixed by surgery, and would not reduce his mobility further into the future, would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried any exotic parasites? Those are always fun. :) And don't forget weird esoteric poisons.

Also, kidney stones, but those don't exactly take a genius to diagnose.

Sorry, I can't help you there :( . I try to avoid as much of the medical stuff as I can since it can get very complicated, very quickly.

I can sympathize with writing yourself into a corner though!! I've done that a few times with Tuition and I'm currently working on a Spooks/MI-5 fic that is moving along, I've got most of it plotted out, but I still haven't figured out why they want to eliminate the main character. Big, big problem! I'm hoping I figure that out before I get to the end. :lol:
