Looks like the theives are about in Nottingham

Took my friends lorry last night from the yard and tried to take trailer too but it had a clamp on it. They broke through the gates.

It is Woodborough/Lambley way.

The lorry is a G Reg, VW. Blue with a Red Stripe round it.

Please keep your eyes out for anything.

This is a very late post - but there was a Blue/Red lorry (either VW or Merc can't remember but a distinctive logo like that) parked up outside the Macdonalds in Ashby de la Zouch (off J13 A42) for weeks and weeks around March - the police took it as it was 'abandoned' - think the police letter on it (I was being nosey!) said it was giong to be scrapped :o

It was very big, looks like 4 horse and good living, in excellent nick.

It sounds like hers but surely the police would check if it was stolen, unless because it was a different police area it didnt show up?? dunno
