No signs of myxomatosis? No one been about shooting them without your knowing? Need a bit more to go on than just dead rabbits. :o

If you are sure that you know what to look for in mixi bunnies then you should take a couple of the dead rabbits to you’re local vet for analysis, if the vet is reluctant to take further action then inform DEFRA who will then perform an autopsy if required.
