As some one who suffers from headaches after a days shooting be it rough or driven . my main shooting is walked up shooting over dogs and i find ear defenders very clumsey and uncomfortable.
I tried those sonic rubber things and they just made things worse .
Are those fitted plugs any good the ones you mould in your ears. If any one has tried these please let me no as cotton wool gets very messey.
