You can upload photos from your computer. When writing a post use the "File Attachments" box - Max upload 50kb 400 x 400 pixels

If you need to resize your images go to Image resizer from microsoft

or you can upload an online image by clicking the IMG button, see pic below, to get your pics online goto:
PhotoBucket

Unfortunately this doesn't work with W2KPro. I have found a DOS program that does convert to various sizes. See Photo Resizer
