i do believe that it was released at the christmas of 1993, dearie...so like 10, 11 years ago :D i would have been about 8, and i went to see the movie on xmas eve i think, with my bro matt, my cousin stuart, and my mommy. i adored it right from then :) i remember the animation at the start also, and thinkin "is that it?!?! it was a bit short, and not very nightmarey. or christmassy!" but then the movie didnt disappoint, not one bit, and now its my favourite! :D

i saw it first at my primary school. They showed it to all of us, and i think i was only 6. All the infants started crying cos they were scared and had to be taken out! I was ok tho, but i didnt see it again till i was about 12.

First time i saw the movie was a christmas trip with my *ahem* scout group to the cinemas in Telford. I can't remember which year it was, can anybody enlighten me? I remember that before the feature began, there was a short animation which i thought was the film and i was severely disappointed by it...until of course the real NBC started.

i must have seen it about 10 years so that would make me 6/7.

I don't remember the first time I saw it. All I remember is that a couple years ago, I would looking through my movie collection, and I came across it. So I watched it to refresh my memory, then I started to watch it religiously. ^_^ Anywho, after that, I went on spring break, and found the soundtrack, and it is a MUST HAVE! Now, I just watch it maybe 4 times a month.

Only four times! :D Well ih ave the CD and dvd special edition.

I don't have a DVD player, so I have to stay with the old skool ways. :P

I saw it in the movie theater when I was 3. I don't remember at all but my mother told me. I was addicted ever since. I begged for it on VHS for my 4th b-day, and I don't remember that either. I only remember stupid stuff like pushing my sister at a bowling alley when I was five years.

I was 6 when I saw it. My grandparents were with me. They kept saying that I dont have to see it cuz I could get scared but it was "love at first sight". :)

I first saw it when I was four, my big brother was trying to scare me, when I laughed at Oogie's song, he was dissapointed about me not being scared, but my mom told me, he went and told all his friends "Hey I thought this would make my sister cry, she laughed! Isn't that awesome!!!" So apparently I used to watch it woth him all the time, now I watch it when I have time...too much homework :sad:
