Anyway we should measure up point for point in comparison for each one, they're both huge sci-fi icons so it can't just be decided out right.

Alright, here's a few good points:

1, the star wars universe has the force and not to mention a bit more advanced technology.

2, star trek has their phasers and teleporters and...um...Spok. *does the vulcan hand sign*

If you had asked, I'd have said Enterprise-E from Startrek: First Contact. (Also a Borg film) But personally, I liked the ship from the Voyager series better.
