Some of you might have noticed that I havn't been around alot lately.. while that is in part to my new addiction to city of heros, there's a more important reason.

Dad's in the hospital... all the shit he's got suddenly flared up and left him in a really bad state. He's going to pull through.. but it'll take awhile for him to get back on his feet.

So yeah. I'm gonna be scare for a week or so. I trust you guys will survive without me.. You've done it before.

sorry to hear about your dad. It's good to know that he'll pull thourgh just fine.

On a lighter note what sever you on in COH? i'm on victory and virture.

But back to my dad... It's not good. Things suddenly took a turn for the worst, and his liver died on him.. and then the kidneys went.. After that everything began a downward spiral.

He's not concious.. but still breathing on his own.. and his heart's still working.. so he's not a vegitable... but the doctors don't expect him to wake up before he kicks the bucket. They don't know how long he'll last either..

In light of this, I hope those who's birthday was today forgive me if I don't give them my customary stupid gift.. well.. other than ghrecki.. I gave him his gift in person... being my brother and all.

In any event.. I probobly won't be posting again untill after he's gone. See you guys later.

Take as much time as you need, no need to worry about birthday gifts the the like, do what you have to do. We're all behind you 100%.

Really, really sorry to hear that Blood. As someone with a sick father I can simpathize with what you are dealing with, I mean even though everything now looks good. There were times during this past fall where I wasn't so sure, and I am very sorry for your loss. However don't give up, if you give up it is over. Spend what time you have with him, don't worry about us. We can manage for awhile without you. :)

Small update.

We've been given a sliver of hope, as his keydeys have started fighting to come back online. If they regain composure the hospital will do thier best to find a new liver to transplant into him.

So we're hoping and praying and pretty much begging the big man upstairs to let him pull through. He's only 53... he's still got atleast 20 more years to look forward to.

Really hope he pulls through blood.

Aye, anything at all big guy, just ask, seriously, we're all pitching for ya and your old man, he's still a solid 20-30 years to hang around, hopefully long enough to see little Bloods running around.

My most heart felt condolensense to you B. I hope for the best for you. Be strong man and lean on those when it gets rough, that's what we're her for.

He passed on at 3:05 A.M. eastern United States time.

I am really sorry Blood. I too have lost close relatives in the past so I can understand what you are going through.

God, Blood. This certainly brings back memories of how I felt when my father died. I was awake and looking around but nothing felt real. I also had dreams about saving him constantly. I still have them eventually.

Hope the arrangements go smooth for you, I barely lasted 20 minutes out of 4 hours when the funeral came.

Good luck and take all the time you need to deal with this. The light will be on when you come back home.

Condolences Blood. I know what it's like to lose family, happened before more than I care for and fairly recently with my aunt aswell. If you wanna talk or something, myself and everyone are there for you.

Well.. the wake.. or visitation.. or whatever the hell they call the pre-funeral gathering where everyone sits around and stares at a corpse filled box is later on today... and the funeral is sometime tomarrow.

I don't know when I'll make it back to the rpgs.. I might end up taking another couple weeks off to spend with my family.. they're very previous.. and I appreciate them even more now that I know what it's like to not have one of them.

No worries, Blood. Take all the time you need. Family is important at a time like this.
