First of all, I would like to say hello to everyone. I know it's been awhile since I have been on and I sincerly apologize. I would like to tell everyone that I have been in a fight about last week that hs left me with cranial damage as well as multiple brain contusions. I spent nine days in the hospital doing numerous tests and taking multiple medications for the pain in my head. I wanted to let everyone know that I am still around and have not forgotten about you. I have given my wife my logon so that she can tell me about what is going on in the posts. I wish and hope to get better soon but there seems to be some lasting damage. It's hard for me to focus and see sometimes as of lately. It's taking all I got to right this out. In shot, know I haven't forgoten abot you all and hope to be back up and runing soon. As I get beter I will tell the story of wha happened.

Well, I guess I should get to revealing some facts about my recent ass kicking. First of all, I was hospitalized on Aug 31 for multiple skull fractures, multiple bi frontal brain contusions, as well as multiple fractures in my jaw and the bones that hinge it to the head. What happened was pretty avoidable now that I have the ability to look back on it now , they all say hind sight is 20/20.

That night my friends, my wife, and I were out at a club in down town Seattle. We were getting ready to leave the club we were at when my friend’s girl friend threw a hot dog at some people that had tried hitting on her earlier. Before this had happened, they tried hitting on her earlier, as I said, but one of our friends smoothed the rough edges over with them and that was the end of it… until the flying hot dog.

Now, when she threw that hot dog at the group of guys (there was about 15 of them or so) she kept on walking away along with her boy (our) friend. The guy that smoothed everything out the last time went back to try his luck again, to no avail. One of the guys punched him dead in his faced and laid him out. Watching this, I took off to get my buddy because I didn’t want to leave him there to get stomped on. When I got there the guys were so hyped up that they started hitting me before I could do anything…at least twice by the dude that hit my friend. After they started hitting me they backed up because they thought I was going to fallout KO’d like my buddy. I didn’t.

I was able to grab him from the ground and make about 10 to 20 feet away with these guys beating the shit outta me. Finally, I stood my buddy up in a door frame and got the group to follow me instead of hitting on him. I had my hands filled with about 6 or 8 angry MF’s that I could barely see because my glasses were broken by now. So I did the only thing I could do and took them on... which ended up with me going to the hospital with the aforementioned injuries. So, after numerous days in the hospital, a couple of cat scans, some surgeries, and a couple of weeks off work… here I am.

And to think, all I had to do was go with my gut instinct and not go out that night like my friend ( who ran away with his girlfriend and left his three buddies to burn over a married womans stupid action) begged me to. Who would've thought?

First question, did they get charged for the assault?

The link above is to a newstation's website that just aired the footage of the fight. What I previously stated before happened before this. What the footage shows I have no memory of. To be able to view it you must register for membership. It is all free. The footage is under the headline of Pioneer Square fight something or another. If no one wants to register I have done so already and will gladly give my user name and password up for those to view if the so chose. If you do see it, I am the one that was left in the gutter. The man that walks be me in the end is my supposed friend.

The news footage was severely edited. I counted about eight guys total from the footage, but before what was showed in the video tape there were more of them, atleast 7 or so. another news station on the web is airing it at komo4.com for those who don't like registering for things ( myself included).

Meh, I know how ya feel Kammy, I got jumped by a group of 9-10 myself (9-10 because I'm alwas off by one person since I can't accurately remember. Hard to count people with that many feet stamping on your head at the same time) Though I was only left with some pretty bad bruising and concussion, was nowhere as bad as you.

How are you right now though condition wise?

Are you talking about the neds? Never had to take on that many people at once myself, most I've ever gotten is about 5-6.

Neds aren't most people, they're like a sub race of humans. I'm personelly convinced they're the missing link to the neanderthal race of humans that died out when Africa's more advanced form of human started to spread through the world an have somehow integrated themselves into modern sociaty.

And yes, it was the neds and unfortunately I didn't even get the chance to 'take them on' I just got fucking pounced by a group of them and thats when I realised there practicly double figure number of people stamping on my head. I'm just glad I'm think skulled.

Umm, guys lets not joke about this. I know your trying to raise Kammy's spirits, but this must have been very traumatic for him. I mean he just gets back from the war and this shit happens to him. And given the injuries described it is doubtful he will be able to keep his job in the service. Furthermore I would like to say that ZI hope these guys are armed with firearms so the police can shoot them on site, also I hope the officers that do it shoot them in these places as they cause excrutiating pain before death. The gut, shoulders, legs, and chest (not anywhere nere the heart the lung perhaps.

Yeah choaking on your own blood is not fun, and since the attackers were so kind in not calling for an ambulance for Kammy, and his bud laying on the ground in agony. It would be great if they were given the same treatment. :angry:

Ah, you just reminded me, since he was in the service, doesnt this make the punishment for the guys who did that even more severe? I'm not to familiar with that part of the law but I believe thats the case.

Well that's a long story involving some illegal immegrants I used to work with, I won't go into it here though.

Not sever enough. You see Mr.Z Your from the U.K. right. Well we in the US have such wonderful Org's like the ACLU which for some reson favors the criminals over the victims.

So I would like to propose that we send them to a place that condone beatings and torture of prisoners, lets say for instance Turkey. They are an ally and they have no qualms with torture.

As for why the ACLU favors the bad guys? They gennerally the ones with more money. It just works out more oftain like that for some strange reason...

Yeah I live in the part of the uk thats in america. Actually I live in Indiana, I'm just not that familiar with what the laws are concerning punishment for harm against servicemen.

Wonder if the cops found any of those guys yet? If they do Kamui should sue because he would probably win. That's what I would do.
