Here's a sneak preview for the manga version of holepunch. I'm still working on the opening scenes but it's coming along better then my other attempts at 3d manga. I was going for a really surreal sort of feel with the opening page. After that we get a shot of the earth from space as it is before the shit hits the fan. The painterly render is from one of the opening scenes where a strange kid is seen wandering around a town thats completely sketch rendered. I wanted to make the kid really freaky looking like one of the kids from robot carnical, you can't see him to well in that picture though he's standing in the background.
