if you look closely it's an homage to sci-fi works. Every referance in that pic is in homage to cult followed science fiction.

heh, that is a good like-ness to a guyver, though you all know it's not exact. still, me havign to be a green lantern fan myself, i'd have to see if i could find this one. <.<

Well the blobby thing in the corner kind of looks like Hedorah and the guy at the table with the cloak looks kind of like Dr. Doom. Other then that and the guyver I couldnt spot any really obvious homages. Which other ones are in there?

The ones I noticed were Guyver,X-MEN(the two sentinals),MD Geist(the biker from shortly after Geist's reawakening is at the bar with one of his sidekicks)
Not fond of the art style to be honest,too much on the garish side

I also think the thing in the lower right corner is one of the cylon's from Battlestar galactica ( early model, before they started looking human) at least it reminds me of one.
