Apart from the training section, it's free for use and don't hesitate to pm one of us for soem help. As long as you have some common sense everything gets picked up from there. other things like sanity and proof of mental stability are optional on your part

Welcome to the site alrex my advise is listen to WZ. Kaiser and Mr Z have a tendance to kick the ass of any new members that they train just look at the training ground for evidence of this.

That's only if they want me to kick their ass :beers: :war:

Yes... Apoc asked kaiser to kick his ass.. Apoc might be channeling repressed sexual urges to be dominated and beaten like some sort of naughty masochist or somethhing. but I'm not entirely sure yet.

I guess now would be a good time to ask. Can anyone tell me

Q1 Where do I post my data file?

Q2 How do I orgainse a fight with someone?

Q3 If I fight someone and get killed is my character dead?

Q4 At what time should I power up my character?

1: In the datafiles section of the board, of course.

2: Just read up on an rpg that you like and hop in.. It's that easy.

3: Ussually when people are killed, that means they're dead.. Simple math there. But luckily they only stay dead if you want them to stay dead or if you've upset the person incharge of the rpg.

4: Whenever there's a logigal reason for it. Don't power up just becuase you were beaten stupid and left for dead.. work at it, dance nakid in a nuclear reactor to bring out mutations.. anything that takes a little thought would probobly work.

Alrex try to make yourself comfy and try to stick around. I hope you don't vanish like most new comers do. (Gives Kaiser, Blood and Z evil glare)

That being said, Tyde is also very correct in some respects, hang around, post in other forums in here, get used to the setup.

relax. their really not a bad group of people. i've known them for little over three years now and have had a lot of fun. we're very close knitted and are all more then happy to help you out anyway we can.

oh and don't let dragoon, blood or z smell fear. once they sense it it's all over.

Seriously, we don't scare people off.. it's everyone else that scares them off when people keep warning newbies about us like we're some sort of hellspawn. Well, kaiser IS hellspawn, but that's not important.

Seriously.. new blood doesn't need to be given the same warning 3 fucking times. So if I see it happening again in the future I'm breaking some fingers.

and then I'll complain alot. And nobody wants that.

M'kay, heres how things run here.

1.) Disregard the bull about people here. None of us are that bad at all. Some just like to think they are.

2.) Anyone gives you problems contact Bloodstorm or Gall, they are the most responsible and most responsive mods in my opinion. Not a thing goes on here they don't know about. KaiserDragoon is a good guy but he does have a slight temper on him, both of us were De-Modded back on WG.com due to our tempers. You'll hear that story soon enough.

3.) Have fun within the realm of common sense. We've rules, read em and love em. Fighting people is a lil give and take on both ends. Outright physical power won't always win. Ask people about my character Xenon, he has more contingency plans that president Bush has speech impediments.

4.) Get MSN, it's out official meeting room and theres always at least 1 lair member online at all times.

5.) Distance yourself from morons. We've one or two here and you'll learn soon enough who they are. This is a reword of rule 3.

6.) A rule I've yet to master. We prank eachother alot in the RPG's. Some of these pranks irritate and some make us laugh. Most are borderline rule breaking. Most of us learn to deal with them, I for one am very strict with my characters. This way of the world is simple. Deal with it or do something about it.

Thats all I can come up with right now. Welcome to the board and despite what people say most of the people your 'warned' about only wish they were that bad. We're all very easy to get along with. At least those of us that are regulars. You'll find a few more annoying members online from time to time. We are all very diverse people and we tolerate quite a bit here before someone goes nuts. The only thing you need 'warned' about is reading the rules. There is nobody to fear in this place and talk of such is either a joke or a gross overstatement of ones powers of persuasion on this board.

Just for future refence everyone, let's keep the "warnings" of other members down to a minimum, we like people showing up and staying not running away because everyone told them to be afraid of certain members <_<

The only thing to be wary of is the comedy this group creates. In anycase welcome to the lair. We may act like a bunch of screwballs and in some instances some of us are rightly so.

Each of us possesess a unique skill and or style, a great deal of us are writers (Kaiser being the most pronounced due to his posts and style). Gall and several others are direct diciples of him.

Blood and Mr.Z are rather interesting fellows, they are the masters of the, dare i say obscene, and rather rediculous material. But even still they are masters of new and interesting ideas. and blood on more than one occasion has inspired several ideas of my own. and Z............ well, one you get to know him you'll know why.

Xenon, well, he's our Current art master of the RPGs. He's a master of not just the pen and pencil but of the keyboard. He's a great writer in his own right, and a wonderful creator.

Gall is our resident boss man. He's a competant artist, a great writer, and the older brother figure for everyone here. He's also the head admin, so if you have issues he's the one to get in touch with.

Tyde......... Well Tyde is tyde. I'll leave it to her to describe herself.

Sparky, He's our resisdent hard head. He's quick to fight and always one to share his opinion. But he's a tried and true RPGer, and a very friendly person when he's not riled up about something.

Rozi, She's Gall's sister. and as you'll soon find out quite infamous around here. While not an rpger she is a master craftsman at story weaving. and well respected because of it.

Then there's tekky (aka Tekno), He's both famous and infamous for creating the most rpgs and having more ideas than anyone else. He's the ultimate well spring for new creations.

and then we have army, King of recaps and current record keeper of Kaiser's list of sex rules.

And lets not forget Riven, The current queen of the lair. He's the most versitle one here. He has more female characters than anyone else and plays both women and men with equal care and attention. just look out though >> << >> << He may claw you to death.

And i am Sith Guyver, Some call me famous, other infamous. I'm both full of Stories, and Ideas. But fi you care to know more You'll have to ask the others about me.

Here's the real story on who Tyde is

Well Tyde used to be an assassin for the millenion organization, she worked her way up the ladder of power until she was one of the top executives. But just when things were going swimmingly good, she was betrayed by her best freind, killed dead and shot in the head.

But she came back from the grave to get revenge, and for some reason she was dressed like a las vegas cowboy, one by one she hunted down her former comrades until...

yeah siths right, its better to let tyde describe herself.

Hehehe, I'd say more along the lines of legendary or mythical rather than famous/infamous. One of these days we'll all have to write your story's done and sell the rights to a producer and turn it onto a series.

Ok, I believe this thread served it's purpose. This is getting more off topic than it needs to be. I recommend locking things up before it gets outta hand AGAIN and I go on another rant.
