In accordance with the fact that my country is not liked by cirtain and therefore I am not liked by said people of these nations. There is a high chance I may leave the lair for those of you who care you most likely have my E-mail, and if you don't PM me as I will stick around for a few days, after that I don't know. But I take High offense when someone says the majority of my country is stupid. How would some of you feel if I pointed out the flaws in your countries, and believe me I could.

Anyway there is other stuff going on in my life besides said coment that is making me do this. As I said you can e-mail me if you really want to know.

Welt.. I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm one of the people who you think calls your country stupid. Becuase I'll admit it. The average american IS stupid.
And you know what else? I'm a freaking american to boot. If your running from people who don't like your country, then it's not going to work when your own countrymen are part of the issue.

And I'll repeat myself. Alot of americans ARE morons. I'll go as far as to so most Americans are. But you know what? All the morons only go to make the rest of us look that much better. Besides.. Who ever said you had to like the whole package when you like the small parts?

Alot of us on the lair are American, Welt. And very few of the american members will tell you that they love the country as a whole. We DO enjoy the little parts that make it livable though.

That being said. Leave if you must.. but things aren't as bad as you think they are.
You'll always have a space open for you if you decide to come back.

I agree that you shouldn't have to put up with any kind of abuse relating to your country, but at the same time, you should also take things said with a pinch of salt because some of it is said in fun.

There are many aspects of every country which can be criticised, whether that is America, United Kingdom, South Africa, Canada, Russia, where ever.

I love where I live and amazingly enough, despite how crap things get in the country, I still feel quite proud to be British. I won't care if someone else has a negative opinion because they are within their right to hold whatever opinion they like. There are negative aspects of every society which can be brought up. We can't bury our heads in the sand and ignore that.

But if you are feeling pigeon-holed and really affected by others on the lair, then maybe it's something the admin/mod team have to sort out.

Okay, I admit I overreacted. However most here know how I stand on politics, and that results in my being in a fox hole 24/7. Now I don't go broadcasting what I believe, but I won't BS someone if they ask. That is just one of the R/L issues that have been eating me, another is finances. Though I won't recite the whole list I will say this Blood just happend to catch some of the anger and anxiety I was feeling.
