Kirstie and Nova are the least of the things getting me down today..

One of the kitties is sick.. dieing sick. Tumor in her tummy that weighs more than she does. And she's fading fast. I think we're accually going to put her to sleep, becuase the seizures she's having are getting worse and worse.

On the otherhand.. I've gotten a Nintendo DS and pokemon Emerald from my family.. but I'm not in the mood to play either of them very much.

Thats too bad about your cat, I used to have a bird and a hampster that died like that.

I am sorry to hear that your cat died. When I was younger I had a pet cat myself. He was pretty old when he passed, but it hurt no less. I was on vacation from Germany visiting family in NY, I couldn't be no more than 6-8 years old, but when I got back home my parents told me he had died..... in the litter box of all places. Apparantly there was a viral heart disease affecting small animals going around in our area of Germany. Whiskey was my best friend for numerous of years. I say this to say that i understand. I am very sorry for you and I hope that it won't have to come to you having to put her to sleep.

Well, aside from a few scratches on the outside casing my computer made it to my current place with no damage. I intend to do the same minus scratches when I move to my new place.

My motto when moving is "If you can't lift it, don't try." It leads to broken furniture and major money to replace.

good motto, heh. or heres another "If its fragile and expensive, dont let clumbsy movers touch it."

That's a good motto too. I'll have to write that down for later.

We're getting people to help us, but for the stuff like my computer, tv...etc, I'm getting a friend to help with it. She did a good job last time, there's no reason to think she won't be just as good or better this time.

There's a funny story in this. God, how moving trigers nostalgic memories. :war:

I had just gotten here about ten minutes previous, computer in tow, when the cable people showed up. We had them check the line that was in the living room, (it was old and not a good signal) they replace that and ran cable in all the rooms exactly like we wanted. Even two lines in my bedroom. One for computer and one for my tv. Worked flawless (Well ok, maybe not flawless, I was out for 6 days due to a mis-hooked cable. One 5 minute trip to the box down the street fixed that) since.

I intend to have them do the say thing when I get to the new place.
