Since it seems like no one wants it, can I trade it in for a New car?
BloodStorm - May 30, 2005 06:08 PM (GMT)
Ok.. first order of Sceintific Debate..
At what point does bread cease being bread and become toast?
Mr Zektoll - May 30, 2005 06:25 PM (GMT)
Ummm...well it needs to lose some water content. I guess regular dried bread wouldnt count as toast so it needs to be in contact with some form of heat that would make it toast.
Or if were talking about my rpg character the robot toast. It'd be kind of tough to turn bread into a robot. You would need alot of bread and dissasemble it on the molecular level and restructure those molecules into the sort of material you could make into a robot.

okay, i'm gonna do a silly thing and answer that.......
err well its like um...
okay. what is toast? toast is bread that has all the surface burned. maybe a millimeter or so...???????
yeah so, err it becomes toast when it is more burned than not burned. so i guess bread becomes toast when 51% of it is burned....
:loopy:
do i get a point??
Kaiser Dragoon - May 31, 2005 06:16 AM (GMT)
Don't worry Drag, the day you completely understand Blood is the day you become him :loopy:
Mr Zektoll - May 31, 2005 06:25 PM (GMT)
Ok drag here's your bloodstorm costume which for some reason looks sort of like pikachu. If you wear it youll understand him better.

Ah yes.. but what about people who like thier toast only SLIGHTLY toasted.. on the "light" setting? Surely that would not qualify as 51%.
Personally.. I think toasters are portals to another universe.. and that bread and toast are compleatly sepperate things, dispite how similer they appear. The act of heating the bread doesn't do anything to the bread other than displacing it to the other dimension and then pulling toast back in it's place..
So in otherwords.. my theory is compleat bullshit.. but life's more fun that way.
Second Topic of Scientific discussion.

they do, they just grow them all over their bodies.
Kaiser Dragoon - May 31, 2005 06:37 PM (GMT)
Monkey's are already born with facial hair, they don't need to wait to puberty to discover a razor, that and they don't know how to work a razor let alone shave without slicing themselves six ways from sunday
drag-5 - May 31, 2005 08:08 PM (GMT)
no you've all got it wrong. monkeys don't grow beards because they are out of fashion at the moment.
geez, i thought you guys would of known that!
BloodStorm - May 31, 2005 08:44 PM (GMT)
Now now, Drag. Beards NEVER go out of fashion.
Besides.. we're a bunch of rpg geeks.. when was the last time we cared about fashion?

That's becuase the animators are lazy and didn't stop to think about that part, Tyde.
If you want a sceintifical answer.. uh...
It involves lots of math that utilises trans-space physics and a lot of bluecheese.
Tydorei Belouve - June 6, 2005 08:35 PM (GMT)
Blood. You and Mr.Z have a bluechess fetish don't cha.
But heres anoth Q.
If a dog was guyverized would it be controled by the cm in a permant self defense mode? Since a dogs are intelligent and all the CM might sense that and not let the dog control. Or would you just have an uber dog around now?

Well Tyde.. I appreciate your curiousity.. but since this thread is more or less my birthday present, let's keep the stuff in here limited to MY questions.. Feel free to make your own thread though.
I will answer your dog question though, based off how I handled a similer thing in my Bloodstorm fanfics.
A guyver ussually looks for something above animal level in intelagence.. but in the event of a specialiy designed unit, or perhaps one with a damaged system somehow.. it could merge with a non-human organism.
In my stories a Siberian Tiger joined with a guyver unit.. and and she lived for several hundred years in the african jungles, worshiped as a god by local villages. While it didn't immediatly do anything to her inteligance, the longer she had the unit, the more things she'ld experiance. Experiance is the key to mental growth. so over the years she slowly grew what we would refer to as "smarter" when in all acuality she mearly lived long enough to allow herself a wider range of instincts than a normal tiger, letting her deal with things in a way that would be comparable to early man.
So yeah, if a dog got a guyver unit, it would be a guyver enhanced dog, it'ld still do dog things, but since it's effectivly immortal compared to other gods, then it'ld live long enough to learn how to do things other dogs would never think off.
