Title: Jehuty In Games

WarriorZoalord - May 21, 2005 07:38 AM (GMT)
Ok, I have found at least two video games that have the name Jehuty in them.... Zone of the Enders II: The Second Runner, and Metal Gear Acid, anyone else find our lovable demon in any other games?

Kamui de' Tempest - May 21, 2005 01:32 PM (GMT)
Don't forget the first Zone of the Enders and the Z.O.E.'s video games for the Gameboy. I think there was two off them for it.

WarriorZoalord - May 21, 2005 08:54 PM (GMT)
did you know Jehuty's Pilot in Z.O.E. II Was voted the worst player name ever?

Destroyer Guyver - May 22, 2005 12:46 AM (GMT)
Thats hardly supprising i mean Dingo couldn't they have put a bit more effort into it {err} {err}

Kamui de' Tempest - May 22, 2005 01:06 AM (GMT)
You would think so right.

BloodStorm - May 22, 2005 01:10 AM (GMT)
In Phantasy Star Online: BlueBurst, I've seen an andriod character running around with the name Jehuty.

But then again, I'm running around with a red and blue robot named Prime, so I have room to talk.

Hmm, I haven't run into this character yet.... maybe Kaiser's really not away, and just wanted to play games? Heh. I'm an Orange armed and helmeted Human Ranger named Warcrime.

BloodStorm - May 23, 2005 05:29 AM (GMT)
Well Wz. Gall and I hangout in Chronus Block9 most of the time. My character stands out in a crowd, you could say. You can get a look at him by veiwing my msn user image.

Armageddon - May 23, 2005 05:58 AM (GMT)
I'm surprised the Demon himself hasn't made his way into the topic since we're talking about one of his main and most brutal characters. :666:

*pokes army.* Remember he posted a thread saying he would be gone for a while. he's nto back yet, obviously.

A blue and red robot names Prime? Lol, going for the Transformer look?

I TOLD you I had seen an Orange and black robot named Jehuty in that game. And here's proof.

The Red and Blue Robot with a passing resembalance to Optimus Prime is of course, My character.

And of course.. so Sega doesn't Sue my ass. PSO and all it's stuff belongs to Sega.
Prime belongs to me, and Jehuty belongs to whoever plays him.
Is this disclaimer sarcastic? That's up to you to decide.

*Appears behind WZ with claws and axe and evicerates him in a bloody mess*

I'm still here bunny boy :bang:

Yes Jehuty's name came from ZOE and ZOE II along with Neph's name, Anubis' name, Ardjet's name, Tempest's name, and Tyrant's name.

Glad people can notice a common theme, along with the names of their attacks for the most part came from the names of the ZOE series.

weltall2 - May 27, 2005 05:15 PM (GMT)
Well that's surprising Kaiser, because I thought your favorite series was LOD? But from what is implied by your post you like Z.O.E. more? Or am I mistaken.

WarriorZoalord - May 28, 2005 10:22 AM (GMT)
LOD isn't an official series until they come out with the second one. though anubis could have come from almost anywhere, after all, he is real popular in egyptian mythology :P

Don't get me wrong Welt I love my LOD along with other games, I just liked the names used in ZOE, so I decided to use them for my characters' names B)

<looks at the picture he posted earlier> Gods, that picture is so dated.. I took it only a mere 9 days ago.. and I'm over 20 levels higher now.

weltall2 - June 4, 2005 01:14 AM (GMT)
Okay I am confused I thought Phantasy Star involved biological characters not robots.

BloodStorm - June 4, 2005 02:55 AM (GMT)
I've yet to play all the older versions, so I don't know when the Android race was introduced for PlayerCharacters.. but In PSO, Androids are a rather ammusing Race to play as. They can't use magic (or techniques as they're called in game) but they're alot stronger physicly in thier chosen feild of expertise.

For instance.. , my Red and Blue boxy looking droid in that picture focuses in ranged weapons.. while the sleeker looking orange robot Jehuty on the right is more of a closeranged combat model that exells in swords, sabers, spears, daggers, and at higher levels, there's even a chainsaw to play with.

WarriorZoalord - June 4, 2005 06:14 AM (GMT)
It was in Phantasy Star III: Generations of Doom when Androids frist came into the picture, infact, one of them looks a lot like Ellena the one from the mag quest.

Tydorei Belouve - June 4, 2005 04:52 PM (GMT)
I know I'm all late to post this but I thought it was always common knowledge where Kaiser got the Organisms names from. lol. I havent even played through Z.O.E and knew that.

Anyway what about Kjata/Madeen? Was there something in the game named that? And whats LOD?

{Had to post something since I haven't posted in 90 years.}

WarriorZoalord - June 4, 2005 06:13 PM (GMT)
LOD is Legend of the Dragoon.

BloodStorm - June 4, 2005 08:51 PM (GMT)
Yeah, And to answer your other question Tyde, Kjata and Madeen are summons from Final Fantasy games. Kjata is a bull from FF7 that does earth, lightning, and fire damage.. Madeen is I THINK a wind based summon from one of the FinalFantasy Tactics games.. But I'm not posative on that one.

WarriorZoalord - June 5, 2005 07:27 AM (GMT)
you'd be correct there blood. The First FFT.
