Insane, mentally ill, obsessed to his research, determined for more strength & evolution... Phoenix is known to have very few friends, he does however have two members of his family... his brothers Phalanx and Phollux ( Not twins )

Though Phoenix may be able to pack an awesome punch behind a fist, he still overjoys the uses of mortal weapons: Fully customized shotgun, Phoenix had an obession with shotguns and this pulls off all the covers, he had created and made an extremely powerful shotgun from one of the old... This shotgun can pack nearly and close to 50 rounds, and can take any customized round E.G. Explosive, nornal shell, Razor-jack (Once fired, 30 sharp razor blades burst from out the shotgun, ripping through mostly anything in path)......... Tiger fang (A feircly crested blade made out of solid titanium to give it durablility, edged in diamond for a ever-lasting sharpness touch.. Phoenix sheaths this beauty to the right thigh, used when he finds something to play with)...... Deck of playing cards (Phoenix has his own way of playing cards besides poker, he's edged every single 50 of these cards with a razor sharp black, giving the single deck of cards a reputation to be feared)... Armoured plated brawling gloves(another weapon which may seem harmless for fashion, but actually made from Iron & Leather, with chains coming from the wrist, Phoenix uses these to pack more of a load behind his punch).

{Disabilities}- Speech (To overcome this, Phoenix has aquired the ability of 'Telepathy, but unfortunally only used for speech and communication)
{Body Structure Manipulation}- Over the time of constantly regenerating lost limbs and body parts over great fights and riots, Phoenix is now capable of controling every cell within his body, each one obeying to his single thought and command... He can withstand tempertures more than a normal human host would, including that of emotion and pain... Emotion would be when the heart beat would increase or decrease speed, in Phoenix's case, he can control of how fast his heart beats to thus assume control over his complete emotion... Pain, the nervous system connected to the spinal cord of his brain is shrunken, so that Phoenix may only feel pain if he feels any injury is major, or to ignore it overtime during battle or fights, serving him as another advantage to push himself far beyong anyone else. (A technique, like so can also be refered to as 'Reincarnation')
{Acidic Blood}- Though Phoenix's Body has been developing over time due to the immortality given by the Guyver unit, he has manipulated his body to thus replace it with acidic blood cells, both carrying the advantage of both the duties of white blood cells and red blood cells of a human body.
{Mental uncontrolability}- Only for when Phoenix has determination to either carry on with experiments or play around with foes or opponents, he thrives over the joy of constant fighting to try prove he is stronger than anyone else... To help that, his brainwaves increase to abnormal accelerations, sending large static electritity through-out his body, increasing his muscle performance and mass, loosing less control over what he does, to the day he would fear, would be the day he is moments from death.

Strength: Phoenix is able to augment his own natural muscle structure, and super induce the molecular bonds via his manipulation of brain wave accerleration. Thusly feeding masses of energy through his muscles, and by help of his acidc blood helping to continuely clean the muscles. Phoenix's abilities only allocates an achievable strength of over a hundred men ( 20+ tons. ).

Speed: Due to his ability to manipulate his own matter, Phoenix can temporarily augment his own cellular structure, bulken up a hefty amount of muscle to improve performances. Thusly, allow him to out-run a cheetah, during such speeds he dares to push himself further, should his body muscle may grow too much and rupture his body structure. Though Phoenix is capable of sustaining his body structure he will not allow himself to slow down.

Stamina: Another attribute increased due to Phoe's ability to control and manipulate body cells. Through this augmentation of ability, Phoenix is able to sustain his own stamina indefinitely, through changing his molecular structure. This serves an advantage to may in fact help his body to become rubbery, absorbing such assults to thus create ceaseless endurance.

Durability: Yet again, though as Phoenix is capable of fully manipulating the structure of his body, it doesnt stop him from controling how dense it would be. Growth can be applied to certain areas of the body to this enhance great peformance and more of a body structure. Though while within humanoid form, Phoenix has a mountainous body of pure muscle, thusly surpassing the original human or of a rhino.

Mental Abilities: Though Phoenix is left with the telepathic ability of speech, he ca however unlock a door to his hidden secret of performing telekenesis, added with such insanity, he can creat vasts ammount of power when determined to argument his own being with the laws of physics, to thus change the density of how his body should form, in this case, mind over matter.

Um.. Pheonix.. This is pretty good and all.. but This needs to be posted in the datafile section of the rpg your planning on using him, and not given it's own thread.
Otherwise it'ld just get confusing and stuff. ;)
