Title: Mad Guyvers
Description: Not Battle cube, but along the same line
Sith Guyver - November 26, 2004 05:34 AM (GMT)
It was brought up in another topic about the mental instability of some of our members. I tought it might make an interesting Idea to see what these individuls might be like given extrordinary abilities...or a cirtain Bio-Boosting Armor.
Yes, I'm saying it. The average Guyver's Lair nutcase given a guyver unit to do with as they please. Only standard Guyvers of course, we all like how the interplay of battle cube (Even though little ol' me never joined it, that dosn't mean I don't read it). I'm only posting this as an Idea to see what the rest of you think.
You can partially thank Zeus Thunderbolt for this cause he did something like this in the Fan-Fic topic back on the Warrior Guyver site awhile ago. (We got introuble for goofing off in the topic :$ )
Alright, the moment of truth, What do you, the slightly unruly masses of the board, have to say?
Mr Zektoll - November 26, 2004 07:29 AM (GMT)
Hmmm..well I'm not entirely sure what I would do but i can tell you a few things without a doubt.
First I would come up with sort of cool sounding name, maybe I would call myself JoJo of the two swords, or something cool sounding like that.
I would go across america and cut off the heads of all the Ronald McDonald statues. I hate McDonalds and would do everything in my power to make them go bankrupt. After I got all the heads of the Ronald McDonald statues I would probably leave them in some inconvenient place, like in the middle of Chicago on Rush hour.
After that I would go find Bin Laden, cut off his head, claim the reward on it, and go stick it with my pile of ronald mcdonald statue heads. After that I would blackmail Bill Gates into giving me alot of money. I would use the money from Bin Ladens head and Bill gates as a nest egg for my secret organization that will err...do secret stuff....
After that I would go find some secluded Island to make into my base. And I would set up my own country there where people don't have to obey silly social rules like having to wear clothes. This island will serve as the base for my secret organization that will do secret stuff. Eventually I would declare myself an independent power and I would call my new country Benmark, the happiest place on earth where you don't have to wear clothes!
Sparky - November 26, 2004 07:06 PM (GMT)
Hey if you made it I'd join, but you should wait till Battle Cube is finished since that is basically us with crazy powers. However if you did we'd need a way to find each other to make it interesting, say we were all abducted by creators and bonded to units in one of they're experiments to see what an average human would do with a unit and then later they transport us to the same kind of area after we had soem time by ourselves then we can cause some chaos and other stuff like that.............
Kaiser Dragoon - November 27, 2004 12:12 AM (GMT)
Sounds like fun to me, wonder what I'd look like with only a standard unit :666: :w00t:

That'd be up to you Kaiser, Just as long as it's within the realm of a standard guyver. (Wonders who will take over the world first? <_< )

Well.. the other Admin could.. I guess.. but it's not all it's cracked up to be.. hell, I don't even get paid for controlling the thing.. <_<

Soon... Very soon. :bite:
The main plot for it is, what would happen if a group of people were all the sudden possesed of the bio booster unit. It's almost free raiening you might say, you can do anything, you have the power of the guyver, however, remeber that it can be severly draining on the person. You must rest and restore energy at some point.
If no one has any objections I will preside over this RPG.
What you start out with:
You auto-matically know how to call and activate the guyver (This can be done silently, calling it by name, or subconciously). The blast field can be used as a weapon.
And the mega-smasher. At low levels, the unit will automatically disengage due to the strain.
You gain more abilities, more stamina, and more control over the unit as you gain experience. Experience will be dertermined by a set number of conflicts and their intensity. The greater the conflict the greater the chance of learning a new ability. You will be able to choose which ability you want when informed you can use one.
More to come.
Any questions or objections so far?
Tydorei Belouve - December 12, 2004 04:54 AM (GMT)
So we start with the unit and one of it weapons? (The strongest I may add) Cool. Seems right seeing how that was the 1st moved sho knew about. (Or was it the blade?...) Who cares. This sounds fun. And I won't need to think of my nect upgrade becasue there arne't any right?
WarriorZoalord - December 12, 2004 07:51 AM (GMT)
well, if you wanted to go through the whole rpg witrh just the megasmasher, then no there are not other abilities, cause you'd have to figure out how to use the blades, head laser, sonic buster, ad gravity orb, since he said you only start with the ability to activate the guyver and megasmash things. so if you just wanted the megasmasher, go ahead and watch yourself getting chopped up once your unit pops off :P
Tydorei Belouve - December 13, 2004 01:15 AM (GMT)
I knew the other guyver abillities will be avaible soon. But he will let use know when. I meant like people won't find gigantics all of a sudden right or become guyver zoanoids.

Not all of the sudden. :bite:
You can also train with your unit, while this has a very minute chance of gaining you an ability it can raise your control of and stamina for the unit.
Things of interest, if you see another player (Must be within line of site) you can train to gain that ability, once again this will take time. When two players enter a battle against one another and one has say sonics and the other dosn't, if the former uses sonics on the latter, the latter automatically gains the ability.
Also trust me it won't take anyone too long to get their first upgrade.
These may be subject to change by me or any well thought out objections presented here. Anyone have anything to say?
Tydorei Belouve - December 13, 2004 03:54 AM (GMT)
Yeah I got somthing to ask. The people receiving these units are just like us right? (besides the name and that we know about guyver stuff) Like location and personality?
And when is this going to start?

Tyde it will literally be you, yes you, bound to a standard unit. Same personality as you, and as for location I'm sure Sith will figure something out. As for when it starts, let the man sort it all out first :bite: :wolfy: :beers:

I do believe that guyvers can't become zoanopids unless they are a. a zoanoid when they get the unit. or be. get there unit removed, become a zoanoid, and put there unit back on.

He can be taught!
As for where this takes place, I'm open to suggestions.
The only thing I can come up with is very large city states that represent where everyone lives. (IE. Europe, America, Australia, Asia, ect.) You start in your coresponding city.
(Oh god that's alot of interesting people in one area! :blink: ) {err}
Kaiser Dragoon - December 16, 2004 02:20 AM (GMT)
How about we start in our respective cities and are drawn to something, that'd be up to you Sith on what would lure us all together, and meet along the way :wolfy:

That Works! Thanks Kaiser. :)
(Although if Bloodstorm Joins this RPG that put's me very close to him) {err}
I'll have a data file up shortly and the beginig to this thing shortly after that. I look forward to seeing who shows up. :)
Oh, and if there are any more questions from anyone out there please ask now so they can be adressed. (To me there's no such thing as a stupid question)

Kaiser Dragoon - December 17, 2004 12:10 AM (GMT)
So yeah, that means you can't pull a completely different personality such as me being a pacifist
WarriorZoalord - December 17, 2004 12:10 AM (GMT)
hahahahaha. that would be funny, kasier the pacafist... now we know what an alternate universe version of him would be.

alright, another two things i wanna ask before joining....
number 1... glasses, would the guyver repair the hosts faulty eyesight so these wouldn't be needed? (wondering cause I wear 'em... stupid nearsightedness.)
Number 2.... nevermind, rereading the topic answered it for me.

If the reason for you faulty eyesight is genetic (Like mine) the no the unit won't fix it. If it's not genetic it'll fix it.
*Leans in close to WZ*
Do whatever you think you should, how will the rest of us know?
This is just for fun, the only reason I still have my glasses for this is because I like them. :)
WarriorZoalord - December 17, 2004 07:09 AM (GMT)
I dont think my eyesight is genetic, cause when i was a kid i had a lazy eye, and had surgery done to fix it, plus my eyesight didnt get bad until around 6th grade.

Omega WEAPON - December 19, 2004 03:12 AM (GMT)
A couple of the guys have more or less persuaded me to give this one a shot...so in a the next few days, I'll see if I can't cough something up, unless no one else wants a Lost-Number type creature running around in place of a Guyver. I just can't get myself excited over having a unit. Being a Zoanoid, tho....that sounds like more fun.
So yeah...think of a combination of Aptom (shapeshifter) and Dyme; absorbtion of environment....but instead of becoming one with the earth and trees, she becomes one of the shadows. She changes shape with them, and can make them take shape of little gremlin-like creatures. Think of the Heatless from Kingdom Hearts. Too much?
BTW, the thought of you guys getting ahold of unit....
/shudders
I fear for the sake of the world.

What? If I had a unit the world would be a better and more interesting place! In fact if I had a unit, I think I would force the government to add some new characters into the alphabet. Like I'd have them add in a letter that represents that funky noise people make before they spit a loogy. Yeah I'd definatly do that, but first I'd destroy McDonalds!
