OOC: Heh I put my Xenosaga idea on the back burner and decided on this. In a word I am OBSESSED with the .Hack games and have thus decided to make an RPG outta it. This RPG will take place in the relam of the .Hack games as well as the .Hack real world. If anyone wants to join then PM me and I'll give you the specifics. Original character that stick within the parameters of the game cn be used. You can also be any character from the game or the anime. For one thing in this RPG I am going to allow the 'evolution' of characters through Viral mutation like in the game. it will be split between being inside 'The World' which is the game area and the real world which is directly affected by the problems in 'The World' due to the fact it is spider-webbed through all major communications systems and is linked through nearly every computer in the world. For instance. When 'The World' deteriorates electrical problems in the real world happen. If the world crashes completely then basically all technology in the real world shuts down and all hell breaks loose. Now I know this isnt a Guyver concept but i think it is pretty neat and possibly after I do ALOT of thinking we might be able to incorporate some Guyver stuff into it. This RPG is also a bit more lighthearted than some of the others so it allows for a bit of seriousnes and a bit of humor to balance it out so it doesnt just end up a bunch of stressed out people that can make armor pop outta their necks rocking back and forth in a corner....Um think Time Guard but with the sexual themes toned down.(That is a warning to you know who!!) That means have fun but dont make things TOO adult if at all.

.Hack//Out of Control

The artifical blue sky over the Delta servers base city shuddered and began to spark with lightning for a brief moment and then was calm again. The players that frequented the base city had become accustomed to the daily disturbances since what the administrators had called the 'SKEITH' incident occured. All the players knew what that incident really was even though the Admins called it a hacker problem. Several players had gone into comas while playing the game and to maintain sales and credibility the C. corparation had simply covered up the coma incidents. Even though several players knew the truth they never came forward. They all knew what would happen if they even hinted at the truth out in public. Every single player was familiar with the punishments Leos, the system Admin dished out to those who went against him. While they couldnt come out and speak openly that didnt stop some players from working behind the scenes.

Kain sat on the edge the stone dock in Aqua Capital on the Delta server kicking his boots boredly on the side of it. Rumors had been circulating on the board of a strange girl that didnt match any registered character description being sighted in the flame based field where the legendary Masamune blade was said to be hidden. At first Kain jumped at the chance to see if the rumors were true but when he went to try out the key words to warp to that field he found that it was protected and couldnt be entered. When he returned to the board he found that the topic was deleted and a nasty warning was sent to him via e-mail. "I wonder....." He said looking down into the water before grabbing his Chrono Sword and standing up to look back at the artificial sky. "...Nah couldnt be." with a shrug he walked towards the glimmering Chaos Gate wondering which field would be a good one to gate to for some experience.

OOC:Aight, ill join. My character will be a twin blade master. His name will be Moebekiazel. His appearance, is this. He is a dark person, thinks alot (sometimes too much), he doesnt speak much, when he does think his words are very wise and knowledgable, He will be wearing a black cape that has a red interior. His clothes will be alike to those that Cloud wears in Kingdom Hearts , but he will have the physical features of Vincent from Final Fantasy 7.

In otherwords hes dark, quiet, calm, and most importantly powerful when the occasion calls for it.

OOC: Erm Guyver6 in order to remain fair and such you have to choose one of those classes. Either wavemaster or Twin blade. You cant be both. I am keeping character classes to one in order to remain close to the series.

Kain frowned as he was shoved aside by a group of Crimson Knights. They were notorious throughout 'The World' for being players with some moderator status that abused their powers horribly. They were led by a man named Kurim who answered to a woman administrator named Subaru. To be honest Kain disliked all of them. The way they acted and held themselves wreaked of undeserved superiority. One of them even shoved Kain to the ground telling him to watch where he walked. This was something that the young blademaster would not sit still for and so he tripped the one crimson knight and like dominos they fell. Unable to contain a snicker he stood and shook his head looking down to the knight that had shot off his mouth and shoved kain."Watch where your walking." That remark was a stupid mistake as the knights that hadnt been tripped were now drawing their swords."......Aw crap" said Kain as he took off towards the Chaos gate at the other side of town the knights in hot pursuit.

As the Crimson Knights were chasing the foolish boy around, Evra stepped out of the darkness near the gate and watched as this he ran towards the gate. Evra had realized by now that he would be looking for a quick escape, and Evra could use some help defeating a certain world that he knew of. So he redied the gate to take them to the world, but he also waited for the boy to get there.

As he was waiting he entered the key words: UNDERWATER OBLIVIOUS TWIN DOORS. Then he sat back and watched as this dispute unraveled.

Seeing his survival on a boat that was passing by the water channel Kain leapt into the air landing on the boat in a deep crouch readying for another jump that would carry him to the other side of the channel and right in front of the Chaos gate. Before he jumped he caught sight of the people that were on the boat. One of them was Kurim the leader of the crimson knights. Beside him was a young woman who had a blue theme to her attire and she didnt seem to be any character type he had seen thus far. She wore a blue formal dress that started just below her stomach and she wore what looked like a blue bikini top to cover her chest. But what really caught his attention was the weird weapon she had. It looked like a cross between a wavemasters staff and a battle axe. Not having the time to figure out who she was he leapt off the boat and landed on the other side of the water channel. He then stoof and flipped the Crimson Knights the bird before turning around and bumping right into a man who was standing in front of the Chaos gate knocking them both into the shining blue portal and transporting them both to the field the man was about to enter.

OOC: well, decided to finally post this here. Don't know too much about the game yet, but I'm learning. And to those of you who have played the game... If I do something that wouldn't really work, please point it out to me so I can learn from my mistake.

By the way, the first person to guess who the admin in my post will get a wonderfull No-prize.

Karn dodged his oppenents attack and ducked off to the side. He readied another spell and hoped for the best. He was runnign dangerously low on both HP and SP, and this spell would be it for him.

His spell was a simple one, a bolt of flame flew out and stcuk his oppenent square in the side. Much to Karn's Surprise, oppenent, a Blademaster 5 levels higer than himself, fell down in defeat. Karn had no idea he had managed to get his opponents HP that low.

Farfare boomed across the arena, signalling the end of the match. Karn was breathing heavyly as the judgies tallied up the score. Then loudspeakers boomed to life "The wave master Karn is this year's ChHAMPION"

Karn couldn't beleave his luck. 2 months ago he got an email inviting him into this tournament. From what he heard, the invitations were apperantly at random, and everyone caught trying to sell the invites were sent threatening letters from an Admin. Karn set to work, improving his wavemaster as much as possable over the next two months. He didn't know what the prize was, no one did, the admins had kept quit about it, allthough some one started a rumor long ago it was the key to finding the legendary masamune blade. That rumor was quickly quelched by the admins after a definate denial of that particular theory.

Karn steped up to the Judges platform, and was surprised to see a system Admin waiting for him. The admin congradulated him, and handed him a parcel "here is your prize, Karn. Make sure you use it right away, as it is very valuable"

Half an hour later, after a brief celibration, He finally opened the package to reveal one of the most sought after items in the game, the Fabled Book of Law, which would increase your attack score by 50 points. Karn was delighted. He though about seeing how much money he could get for selling it, but he quickly decided against it. The last person caught trying to sell something of this nature had thier account frozen.

Karn shrugged. This would have been a better prize for a warrior character, but at his level, he would be able to save alot of SP by attacking hand to hand due to the super boost the book would give him. He quickly sat about to reading it.

Then he logged out of "the world", real world things needed to be taken care of. He hadn't eaten in hours, so he made a quick lunch for himself and his pet dog, then sat down to watch tv. A few hours later, he decided to go back and play a while longer.

When he got back to "the world" he had an urgent message waiting for him. He opened it, and found it was from the admin, it read

Congradulations Karn

We are sorry for missleading you, but your prise is much greater than you had imagined. The book we gave you had a special code in it that was activated when you read it. Your prize for winning the tournament is to be the first person to use our newest limited edition character. Your new class is called a Dragonblood.
Your stats have changed accordingly, and so should your battle style. You now can inflict tremendous damage, especially when unarmed. We infact discourage the use of weapons, since they will accually do less damage then your natural claws. You also have access to several new skills, based of the elemental dragon of your chooseing. As you progress, you will eventually learn nearly all magics of your chosen element, as well as several other surprizes.

Karn thought for a moment, then decided this could be pretty cool. He even got to go in and edit his character's appearance based on his new class. Needless to say, he ended up embracing the draconic nature, making his character look almost as reptilian as human. As for the elamental nature, he decided to choose fire, as fire magics had always been his vavorite. After checking his stats, he found that his attack was 62, so they apperantly let him keep the bonus from the book of law. This prize was getting cooler than he thought. Karn smirked and headed of the the nearest chaos gate, aiming to see what this new character could really do.

With a loud thunder clap like sound he landed hard on the ground, sprawling across the green grass. The Chaos Gate closed behind him and he took a moment to breathe. "Well, that was interesting..."
He slowly stood up, acutely aware of how injured he was but it was well worth the risk. He patted his pockets and put his sais in their shealths. He looked up to see where he'd landed. Within a few moments he'd gained his bearings and began to trudge towards the town. He needed some new items, he ran out on his last trip.
He looked over his shoulder once more to make sure no one was watching him and then proceeded at a light run. "Very interesting indeed."

Kain looked around as the Chaos gate sealed itself behind him. he then quickly took out a fairy orb and smashed it on the ground allowing the hidden Item/Monster portals to be seen and to his dismay he was sorrounded by the monster portals. with a sigh the blademaster raised his chrono sword and readied himself for battle as the first portal opened itself revealing a large earth type MU-Guardian the one type of creature he had grown to hate in this game. The guardian growled and took a swing at him with its sword like arms. Using size to his advantage Kain leapt up onto the beasts arm and rushed up it stabbing the thing in its head. "Aw crap!" Yelled Vincent as the things head regenerated and then it threw him off its body. This was seriously not good. Monsters couldnt regenerate HP. Deicidng not to stick around he ran off into the field and quickly played a sprite ocarina to escape from the field and warp back to town. As the golden data rings faded from his body he found himself face to face with the crimson knights that had been chasing him mere moments before. There leader Kurim was standing right in front of Kain glaring at him.~This is gonna suck...alot!~Kain thought to himself.

OOC: I dont know much but what I read said that 'the world' is conected to almost all computers. That is what gave me an idea for my char. He wont be like most of yours.

IC: In one of the fields of 'the world' a character and monster died almost simultaniusly. {program acessed. runing scan. avalable data found. murgeing data.} where two had died now a new being stood it looked human but it also looked as if it was part MU-Guardian fire type. It looked around noone could be seen. {program scan. Speach enabled} "Interesting so this is what it is like for the flesh ones." It walked alittle further then stoped. {Analising data. form twin blade/MU-Guardian. weapons equiping. weapons not found. activate wepons.} sudenly its arms grew blades from behind the wrist facing forward. "This will make it hard to use normal weapons" {Comment error. form unable to use othe weapons. monster data conflicting with character data. armor and other items still function. only weapons inpared} "Well thank you mister know it all That was helpful." {Gatitued excepted.} the being walked off twords a chaos gate. "Now how do I get out of here?" {Inisulising data scan. code needed locate city code. code found. data code impute complete.} four words areaped the the gate opened. "When we meet other I would like it if you just talk to me Alcas-121." {Request granted Alcas-121. data stream redirected.} The being looked at its arms "now how do i get these back in?" the other voice answered. {Weapon retcaction} the blades sank back into its body. "Now on to a town." It steped though the choas gate and appeared in at town. It saw multiple player types surrounding another. The being thought to it self {What do you think is going on} {Data indicates red player type are law enforcment. other player type scaning. Player is blademaster. statice injured.} {Should we help it?} {Unknown. Alcas-121 is human half. Alcas-121 is computer half.} {Look we need a name for each of us. you can be Alcas but call me Selve. ok.} {Data confermed. human half is Selve. computer half is Alcas.} {Yes but use words like you,I, me, us,and we. your too tecnical.} {Alcas is computer half. Comment error. 'I' am computer half Alcas. 'I' have to be tecnical. It is what 'I' am.} "never mind. lets see what happens." it walked closser to where kain was. to watch and evaluate the situation.

Maverick had just received a new set of supplies, including a few new magic scrolls, he himself was in tune with the Ice element so learning other magic required more effort, especially fire magic. He'd managed to escape from those bothersome knights without losing what he had taken. It was very important to him, he looked at the artifact, it glowed and gave Maverick a warm feeling, it was the only thing that did anymore when he was in "The World".

The constant banging of metal upon metal and metal upon stone echoed throughout the small aqua capital on the delta server. The streets were teeming with people trying to get a view of the one player that had begun to take on the crimson knights. Kain was simply trying to survive jumping into the air and trying to run over the crimson knights by using their helmets at a path. One on the other side he ran for dear life just barely making it to the Chaos gate before he logged out of 'The World'.

In the real world.

Johnathon Avernus sighed as he took off his VR headset and put it down on the desk. That last run in with the system defenders the Crimson Knights went badly. He was almost as sought after as the wavemaster from last year whom apparently couldnt log out and had a real nasty guardian summon to defend him. "Well Kain looks like your in for one hell of a run when I log in next time...." Mused John as he leaned back in his computer chair.

Evra was now trying to defend himself against the regenerating MU-Guardian, and he realized that no matter how much he fought he wasnt ever going to win against this creature. So he also pulled out and used a sprite ocarina. When he returned, to "The World" there were Crimson Knights walking away from the Chaos Gate, mumbling to themselves about the person who had apparently escaped their grip for good this time. But then one of them turned around, and they saw Evra standing there. They all turned and looked at him, then the leader of the group came out and acting very kind and polite. "So, you were the one that originally warped out with that trouble maker, where did you go to?"

"What does it matter, he left as soon as he realized where we were anyway." replied Evra, knowing that Kurim was only acting to get the info he wanted.

"Well, that may be true, but since i am a superior to you, then i would suggest that you answer the question. That is, before something BAD were to happen!" Kurim was now getting agitated as he already had to deal with one rebel for that day.

"Perhaps, but i am one that can recognize power very easily, and you dont seem to have much. So unless you want something BAD to happen to you, then i would suggest that you leave me, before i get angry."

At that Kurim had become quite offended and angry, so he summoned the Crimson Knights to take care of this user, while he went off laughing.

"Call your dogs, they can feast on your corpse Kurim!!" Evra could be heard shouting through the group of about 6-8 Crimson Knights. As he yelled this he brought out his weapons, they were guantles connected to his wrist, with pendulum blades coming out of each. He quickly cut off the head of one of the CK's, and while the others were shocked from this revelation he jumped up and sliced an E in one of the others chests. This had been enough for the Knights as they had never had someone stand up to them full force like this, which frightened them so they also took a quick retreate away from Evra. "Hmph, running from a fight, youll never gain experience doing that. And from the looks of it, you all could use plenty of it!"

With that Evra went over to the Chaos Gate and logged off.

Karn was throughly enjoying his new character. They had done somekind of tweaking with the emotional biofeedback with this character class. When Karn entered his first battle as his new class, his adrenalin levels rose considerably. He wanted to tear apart his foes with everything in his power. He let out a half human roar and pounced on the nearest creature, smashing his draconic clawed fists into the enamie's face. The creature died from one blow, and Karn used it's body as a spring board, Karn decided to try a one of the new moves his character was given, and a large gout of flame erupted from his mouth, reminiscant of dragon breath.

The creature fell down dead and Karn growled. He looked around, still full of battle rage. When he couldn't find any more enamies, the rage died as suddenly as it begun. He smirked, this new found power was beyond his expectations. He chuckled and wondered off, deciding to raid a nearby dungeon or two.

Items" when he entered the shop he thought about how to get items {Delete worry. Money porblem solved. Power to make body and scan players indicates we can make money.} {Alcas isn't that theift?} {Selve we are a sentient program entered into a program we should not exist in. We are tecnicaly preforming a theif by using this body. Editing monitary value to purchase necessary items for continued character survival is a munimal theift in comparison to current activity. Data of theif is covered. our edit will be untraceable. We are Alcas-121 the most advanced AI system on the planet. Only another AI could trace us. An AI more advanced then us. A more advanced AI system then Alcas-121 will be unable to be constructed in an estemated 3 to 4&4/7 years.} {If we're that advanced then why cant we hack it better?} {We may be the most advanced computer AI on Earth but what humans call blind luck can still facter into the equation.}

Selve was back at the chaos gate. now equiped. He stoped infront of the gate and this time entered the word code insted of haveing Alcas enter it. He emerged in an area with a large earth type MU-Guardian. "Interesting we could attack it before it notices." {Unadvisable. enemy datastream indicates guardian is altered. Method and effect unknown. Attack unadvisable.} "Fine we'll head back to the gate and enter another area."

A few minutes latter Selve was standing in frount of yet another defeted enemy. {The programs of the game seem unable to accept our form untel after we have delt damage. We could alter ourselves to match a player type.} "And give up an advantage, no way. I'm too much like a human to allow such an advantage to slip my grasp." {Sugestion only. Compliance was not needed.} the flame was still burning on Selve's Twin MU-Flame Sabers. "Al right tone it down but could we still have it where they dont attck me until I attack" {Concept accepted. Alcas will atempt to comply. Unable if data stream is altered it may draw attention.} "Great so we can cheat money but not our body." {It would be unadvisable to 'Cheat money' again. We now have items and a means for gaining money. I have gained an idea of how to make us more character like. I can dampen that part of the datastream. If we run into a problem I can reinitiate the data stream.} "Fine we can do that." Selve felt a tingle then felt 'normal'. "So now I'm going to be attacked like everyone else?" {Afermative.}

Maverick wandered the lands, fighting monsters, testing his skills and gaining more experience. He eventually logged off after levelling up and was pleased at his progress. He hadn't played for long and was already at level 13.

Once outside of the game Dante felt a pang of hunger and decided to grab some food and then take a shower. It had been a long day and he was sure the next time he logged on, it would be even more of an adventure.

Selve was leaveing another dungeon. He liked the play on words he had put in his name. well Alcas thought of it but they were basicaly one entity. Alcas Ontwon. On tw on. one two one. Alcas-121. It might have been risky if anyone outside of his makers knew of him, but he had cheacked befor leaveing the internet. And he was given a six month test run to roam free. How stupid where those humans. he had copied his base to ten other backups imediatly acessable and twenty others that would only take a few minutes.
He would leave 'the world' for awhile then reenter the game ever so often. It was unusual for a person to be on all the time. That was why he left and entered the normal internent. Selve 'surfed the net' while Alcas checked on the back ups and made sure noone traced them.
It was a while sence he had interacted with another player. He whent to a town and waited for the most unusuale character near his level.

When logged back in kain soon found himself leaning on the bridge that overlooked the river running through the city. Boredom was beginning to set in and fast. The message boards were empty and none of the Golden Goblins had contacted him in a while since he took out their leader and won the Goblin saber from her. His thoughts were cut off as a boat passed by under the bridge. As before standing on it was that girl in the blue dress and top and she was staring right at him. Behind her was Kurim kneeling like the faithful system dog he was. Being as he was Kain simply winked at the girl and stood up dashing off the bridge and into the maze of streets and shops. maybe he would find someone interesting to make a party with here and go off on a dungeon raid.

Maverick ran forward with blinding speed, the monster was hot on his tail and his timing would have to be perfect to execute this suicidal move in order for it to pay off. He'd set up a trap just a few seconds away and if the monster tripped it he was sure the creature would be weakned enough for him to take it down. He was still at such a low level he couldn't deal with high class monster like this so easily, he had to be cunning, crafty, and sly.

He sprang into a frontflip and dove over the trip wire. He looked back as he broke the flip and landed in a crouched position. Instantly he jumped to his feet and drew his Sais, ready for the monster. It lumbered forward predictably and set off his trap. The magic mine exploded in a jet stream of fire. The creature howled in pain as it was turned an ashen black, its health greatly reduced and stunned. Maverick took advantage and launched forward for the kill and within three quick blows it was finished.

With a shaky hand, exhausted from the effort he wiped his brow and walked past the dead monster towards his prize. It had taken him the entire afternoon to get this far in the dungeon. Now he could claim his prize...

He later returned to town and was walking through the busy streets. He had his mind set on bigger prizes and bigger things, but to do that he would need to join up with someone. He sighed, now who in the world would want to join with a rookie like him.

Lucas had just gotten back from work, and was ready to get back into "The World" to see what was going on. When he went to log in, he noticed a new topic in the board. It was someone looking for party-mates, Lucas figured that Evra would do good to have a party so he logged in, and began to search for this character.

Evra began running around the City looking for the character that was named Maveric. He had also been looking for any character that fit the description of this Maveric. Evra gave up eventually, and went back to the Chaos gate, where he figured he would be able to eventually see Maveric. As he waited he also caught sight of the character that had briefly entered the world of the oblivious twin doors. Seeing that the boy was unharmed and still not deleted by the CK's he figured that this boy may be worthy of joining a party with.

So Evra walked over to the boy and quietly without ever looking at him said, "You did well against those Crimson Knights the other day. I wanted to congratulate you on not just sitting by and letting them push you around. I wonder, do you wish to join my party perhaps?"

Evra finally looked down at the boy, and looked into his eyes and saw experience and age, even if the character looked like a boy. He looked to this character waiting for a reply.

Maverick looked up smiling. He was a young kid in the game, he appeared to look deceptively young. In the game he kept himself like that. Made his enemies lower their guard.

"Sure!"

He looked around. "I thought I caught a message about someone else wanting to join a party too, let's go find him. I forgot his name, ah well let's go find him anyway!" The usual coldness in Maverick's voice was replaced with a warm happy feeling. He wasn't one for making friends, in "The World" or the real world either.

Kain looked at Evra and tilted his head. This guy obviously wasnt with the knights and probably bore them the same dislike that most of the players did. With a shrug Kain agreed." Sure. I could use some strong members to team up with." And just as kain was about to suggest something a mellow ringing tone echoed through the streets of the aqua capital heralding the arrival of a large hovering even board. These event boards served as side quests for the players of 'The World' and nine times outta ten usualy gave the winner an extremely rare item. The field everyone was supposed to enter was ~Delta-Killer Cursed Mansion~. Kain smirked and pointed the board out to Evra."Shall we go see what this little Event is all about?" Evra nodded apparently not one for conversation and they walked off towards the Chaos Gate to get started on this Special event.

Karn had made it all the way to tbe bottom layer in the dunqeon with minimal effort. He went bezerk on any enamies in his path, knocking them down with no more than one of two blows. He knew the gaurdian at the center of the bottom layer of the dungeon would be more of a challenge, but he didn't think it would be much more than some of the more common enamies in this area.

He threw open the door and saw a large monster type he didn't recognise. But then, he didn't recognise alot of the monsters in the game, having never seen a good deal of them. He shruged, then ran forward and slammed his clawed fist into the beast.

It didn't even flinch.

"uh oh..." Karn muttered. The thing turned and raised it's own fist to strike karn, sending him flying out of the room and taking a sizable chunk of his Hp.

"Wooo... thats not exactly what I imagined..." He said, climbing to his feet and shaking his head. He would have to change his tactics against this thing. He couldn't let it touch him again, that wouldn't be good for his continueing health.

Running back into the room, the creature was just looking at him, waiting for his next move. He decided to use his dragon breath against it, taking in a lungfull of air, he exhaled and gouts of fire erupted from his mouth, searing the creature, but causing little damage "aww man... this really bites"

The creature takes another swing at him with it's fists, and then rears back to breath a blast of fire of it's own. Karn Tries to dodge, but that attack his two big, compleatly engulfing Karn. Allthough much to Karn's surprise, he can feel the flames revitalising him. Of course! Since he chose fire as his elament, it wouldn't harm him, instead replenishing his health! He chuckled.

He left the room to formulate a new plan, and the monster stood in the center of the room, watching him. This brought another idea to his head. He walked back into the room and moved around the monster. It swivled and turned to keep him in it's gaze, but didn't make a move. He blinked to himself. He ran around the room and up to the treasure chest. Ussually the chests don't appear untill after the gardian was destroyed, but this one seemed differant.

His hunch payed of when he just opened up the chest, and the gaurdian dissapeered. The item inside was nothing special, just decent handfull of gold, and ice helm. It would raise his resistance against water and ice attacks. Better than nothing, so he equiped it and left the dungeon to head back to town.

Kain yawned looking at the others that had gathered in the area. It was getting kinda boring and the system manager hadnt gated in yet to tell them the nature of the event. There were nearly a hundred players all gathering around the rickety looking mansion dungeon that apparently was the fixation of todays event. Just as Kain was about to sneak in several silver transport rings appeared heralding the entrance of the system manager. It was a tall character with white hair and blue armor topped off with angel like wings forming a cape. This manager was named Balmunk and was one of the 'Descendants of Fianna' which was one of the most powerful user groups in existence next to the Crimson knights.

"Todays event is a battle oriented one. Inside this mansion are several special bosses that were once used in the beginning of 'The World'. All of them are extremely powerful so anyone below Level 20 may want to gate out now. Your goals as players is to reach the final boss of this dungeon known as the Parasyte Dragon. The first player or party to vanquish the Dragon and make it out of the mansion alive will win a set of Rare equipment. Good luck to you all!" Bellowed Balmunk as he waved his arm and suddenly a doorway appeared in the side of the mansion. All at once there was a flood of characters either rushing to the mansion or gating out while they still could. Kain looked to the small band of people that had gathered to form his little group.

"Well, shall we go?"

Karn had just arrived back at town. Seeing the nearby chaosgate primed to a certian event, his curiousity got the best of him. He hopped trough and got the tail end of the announcment. A smirk crossed his face. "parasyte dragon, hmm? sounds fun."

He stalked across the feild, muscling his way into the building. His efforts were mad much easier by a good number of the other players stopping to gawk at his form. "Maybe I should find a group of these guys to help make sure I get to see the dragon."

Karn thought back to the email. After he had closed it, the email automaticly deleted itself, and a short message followed, saying his character type would grow to true power by fighting other dragons. Perhaps he'ld find one inside, standing outside the dungeon wasn't getting him any closer to the event boss.

OOC: Just a thought, but is someone going to gain the data drain ability soon, cause then we could hack gates and destroy data bugs, which would make the story even more interesting.

Evra and the party had now run into the dungeon of this level. They began by investigating a path that led right. Inside this next room there was a dungeon portal for enemies to appear at. The enemies from this portal was a sheild man, and a magical goblin. Evra quickly used a gravity magic on the magical goblin so he wouldn't have to heal anyone from poison, and Kain had quickly destroyed the sheild man with a combo while Maveric used normal attacks making the sheild man even easier to defeat. "Remember, this is only the first floor of the dungeon. We will probably still have 4 or 5 more floors to go through, so make sure to keep yourselves healed, and every once in a while we can stop to restore our Skill Points" (from here on to be refered to as SP.)

Quickly they had explored the whole of the first floor, and found the stairs going down to the next floor. They moved on, and eventually they battled a mid way boss that once killed it dropped a map that gave Evra the mapping of the entire dungeon and he was now able to find the final floor and the boss, Parasyte Dragon, very quickly. He told them that if they wanted to finish this quickly and be the first ones to the Parasyte Dragon that they should follow him. And so he began to follow the quickest path to the dragon type enemy.

Karn overheard the group talking amoung themselves. He also knew that a couple other teams had allready made it to the next floor. He raced on ahead and lept down the steps. He wasn't the fastest character, but the other teams had made it easy by clearing out all the rooms ahead of him.

Midway through the next floor down, he ran into a room where a sub-boss type enamy had just finished off a group of other players. Karn realised the enamy would make short work of him should he tackle it alone, so he would wait untill the next team came down the stairs. After a minute of waiting, the team with Kain and the others came down, and Karn stepped forward.

"Hello there" He said, holding up his hands to show he wasn't equiped to attack them, counting on none of them knowing that his weapons WERE his hands. "Name's Karn. Thiers a really strong enamy in the next room I could use a little help taking down. Think I can tag along with you guys?"

They all stood looking at him and Kain spoke up "I don't recognise your character class, what the heck are you?"

Karn smirked slightly "Dragonblood. Its a new limited edition thing, I guess. Won it as a prize in an invite tourney recently"

Maverick looked him over carefully, he seemed friendly enough. He must have skill if he's gained the honour of becoming a limited edition character. He thought to himself and thought it might be a good idea to expand the party, but he still had his reservations. The more people that joined, the more he would have to interact with them. He wasn't much for talking, but hell, things change with time.
"The name's Maverick, welcome." Karn looked down at him with suprise. Nothing new there, even in the real world everyone thought of him as small and weak. But here it where he could show them just how strong he was, even if it wasn't physically, he'd show them that his mind was his greatest weapon.

Evra looked over and nodded to this Karn character. He then did a double take as it looked like a humanoid dragon type enemy that he had once played against. He remembered that this person had explained alot about the character type and some special bonuses about it. Though Evra didnt say anything, Karn seemed to realize that Evra knew something.

"Anyway, if that boss ahead of us is so difficult that even a limited edition character type cant defeat it, then we should all be ready for a good battle. Make sure you have your best equipment on." said Evra as he put on his dragonscale armour, and some frosty hand gloves. With these both his fire and ice would increase in defense and offense.

"Well, let's go!" said Evra as he lead the team into the next room containing the next semi-boss.

OOC: What is happining? Are we abandaning this RPG? we shouldn't let it die just because it has no guyvers in it so far. It in my opinon is a good rpg so please people post. I dont know names of the monsters in the normal game but this is an rpg, it can differ slightly. we aldready have characters that couldn't exist in the game. People please dont trow this rpg away. Rivive its rotting coprse. .Hack//Outta Control should not die.

OOC: Thank you Ghreki for your post....I was about to edit my own post to say something along those lines.

Also i still believe that it would be great if ANYONE would get the datadrain ability. Perhaps if noone new joins in the next few days, I will create a character, that has the ability. Then we could make this thing really rise up, and maybe even make it as popular as the Chronos rpg, though it would take some work, it is possible .

IC: Evra just looked oddly at Selve, and agreed that they should go in. So he followed Selve into the next room, the dungeon portal activated, and revealed that the creature was a wyrm baby. The creature looked like a giant green inch worm, but thicker. It had an HP of about 2000 and with one strike could deal about 200 HP of damage. It had a wood type resistance, so Earth magic would work the best on it.

Evra quickly ran up to it, and used Bloodloss, which slices into the enemy about seventy times, with very thin, long cuts. This attack caused about 200 damage to the enemy, and allowed Evra to gain 60 Exp. He then advised the others that Earth type spells and scrolls would work best against this monster. As he did this the wyrm baby attacked Evra knocking him into the east facing wall bringing him down to half of his HP.

IC: Selve didnt have any earth spells but he had moves only his body could use so he decided on them. Selve raised left arm and a blade of flame raced tword the enimy. the flame blade looked like a saber, a saber bigger then a human. the saber sank into the wyrm baby. then the flame blosemed from the wound engulfing the body. the attack only did 320 hp but selve had a more powerfull attack ready.
{Alcas could you help him} {unable to promise much. I can heal him by 10 hp without effort but that's all im willing to do.} {Why? he lookes major hurt. why cant you do more? } {I wont not I cant.
