While its not a stupid idea Ty, it is not going to work because we all like to make up our own characters to play, its part of the fun of playing these RPG's.

if you remember the players in serct wars were kinda sorta assigned and so far its working just fine. (note to self must post in serect wars)

ty it really depends on how and what you assign people. assigning a charactor a set mind frame and personality(sp) may not work on this form as that is how we each exspress(sp) our selves on the board. however body and looks, you can assign. powers too but i'd leave a little le-way in that area.

How so? You didn't assign us our characters, we decided who they were and what species they belonged to.

Although if you mean we only had Werewolves, Vampires and Shifters to chose from it makes a little sense but it was still our choice :o :huh:

...I can't believe Kaiser and Blood were going to waste a vote on choice 4. (Then again that must mean they don't like the idea huh?) But I did take pleasure in seeing the king of demons shed tears over such a small thing. :P

But I guess I got enough info to say you all will make your own charecters. More info on the rpg will be given out when this board is at its former glory. (All the rpgers return; Sparky, Vengenace, Bane, Baron, all others who I noted rpged. I think I will need alot of PC's in it.) Besides I don't have all key events in place and to scared to see my rpg fail. Till then.

The idea is fine to me, as long as Ty knows how to properly spell characters, not charecters ;)

Accually, I ALWAYS vote for the stupidest available answer in a pole unless it's something I feel strongly about. I don't see it as wasting a vote, I see it as a way to excersize my balegerance. :P

Well, as a former GM i say that when a person is running a game it is easiest for them to learn if the characters are assined so the person running does not have to many problems when intergrating the charactres in to the story. But thats only my opinion.

Hmm... I guess I better start working on this rpg again. I kinda stop working on it and just keep telling myself it would be done soon enough. Well it the weekend so I guess I will have somthing to show my "read this rpg before I post it to see if it is good" perosn on monday. now if I only remebered who that was...
