So today, after being on the lair for barely 5 minutes, I came to terms with the fact that I am completely and utterly done with this place at the moment. Sadly I did not think I would be one of those people who posted a "goodbye and fuck this place" thread but alas here I am.

As I just mentioned to Riven, this RPG board has become a place where one cannot RP in peace and have fun. This board has become a place where one needs to be on MSN 24/7 in order to get the tidbids on the plotting thats being done, as well as to avoid people from being dicks for no serious reason.

Kris, I hate to point fingers, but thats you.

Without my presence, though I'm sure you know that I know, you had a big fucking fit over the one speech I made in all of my posting in MG's. How the fuck was I suppose to know that such words would mess up some plotting? So not only did you have a complete spaz and piss me off and rant and threaten to a point that people had to start DEFENDING A FUCKING POST I MADE, you went a step further, and made it apparent you were ticked with your next post.

Then, to top it off, at the end of post, where I had briefly forgiven you, you went and invited Chris and I into another stream of plotted posting. I was fine with that.

Now, with college and work and engagement and my life flourishing, finding the time to write a post is hard. So I had some ideas thrown together to reply, was ready to start typing the thing today and post it. That was the reason I came on today, when I have other things I could be doing.

And what do I find?

You've gone and not only skipped ahead onto the world ship without so much as even ATTEMPTING to find out if Chris or I had started a reply post to you, you've also gone and made yourself the one thing I cant stand to see in RPG's. If you must and if anyone understands, you appear to be god modding.

It would have taken you, at most, one minute to type up a quick email, Lair PM or offline msn message to Chris or I to either ask if we were posting or to let us know you were moving ahead without us. Instead you acted as a prick and posted some more all fucking powerful mutations and abilities and brought my respect for the MG RP down yet another notch.

Dont get me wrong man, with a few exceptions I love everyone here. I find it upsetting that after almost 3 years I want to say "fuck ya'll" because of pretty much one or two people in one RP and too much power. The fun has been sucked out of this place, as the only RP that moves at all is MG and that whole thread is full of bullshit now.

And so, in conclusion, if things don't change, I will not be making many more posts on the lair.

I can sympathize with this because I've had some similar problems in the past as well. As I've said before I think we need to make a bigger effort to get important info in a place everyone can see. My suggestion is to make some sort of special section reserved for plotting stuff where anything important discussed in msn is posted. You could even just save the important parts of the msn conversations and post them there.

What I'm doing right now pretty much is just prescreening anything remotely questionable with Sith before it gets posted. So far that's worked kind of well for me even though alot of the time need to have blood or tyde badger him into responding. You could try doing that too even if its a bit of a hassel doing that.

In any case, not all of the rpgs have this much secret stuff going on so you could try joining one of the other smaller ones right now. There are a few other semi active rpgs besides mg.

The only other RP I see moving right now, Z, is this DBZ one, and my interest in joining that is zero. I am in a lot of the other RP's.

I'm not trying to be a complete bitch but if it comes across that way then fine. Just feel like a lack of organization is killing this place. There are RPG Discussion and Storyline boards for a reason. MSN is hardly required, although I agree with Z's ideas about maybe even posting parts of the MSN convo onto the lair for reference.

well we have the Bleach rp started now... and if me and blood get ourselves in gear the transformers rp should be up soon too.

Hmmm I kind of stopped watching bleach around ep 50 somethingish, I'll have to watch more of those episodes before I get into that.

Anyway I'm going to make another topic so that we can try to figure out some ways to fix some of the problems weve been having around here.

I shall have the Karas RP up by friday or Riv has permission to kill me B)
