1.Grab the gradient tool- set black to white, and difference.
Just go mad with it all over the page.

2.Hue/Saturation (ctrl+U), tick colorize, and choose a colour

3.Create a new layer and go mad with the gradient tool again.

4. Guess what? Hue/Saturation (ctrl+U), tick colourize, but this time use a different colour.

5. Change the blending mode of the top layer to whatever you want. I choose lighten

6.Tada! Mission complete!

Additional- add more mad gradient layers, colourize them and change their blending modes.

Nice! I like it fantastic! specialy the border. You could make a tutorial on how to make that border round the edge

you ment the border around the text?

i will do that but il wil take a wile cos monday im going somewere for 3 weeks and they dont have a computer :( <_< there so i will make it when i come back. okay :D
