Season 3
44. Psychic Eye for the Sloppy Guy gs: Julian Jackson (Tyler)
After finding inspiration in of her favorite makeover shows that she's been watching, Raven finds the motivation to give Tyler, one of the most talented artists at her school, an "Extreme Raven Makeover" to help him out with his messy style and disheveled appearances. However, after Raven has a vision that Tyler is going through with the makeover to impress a girl at school (that girl being her), she lays down the law, letting him know that she's only interested in being friends.
In spite of this, the makeover process continues, as Raven, Chelsea, and Eddie take Tyler out on the town to help refurbish his look and come to his aide as his much needed fashion, grooming, and "cool" experts. The advice the trio gives to Tyler turns him into a gorgeous, charming ladies man-sending Raven head over heels and love struck. Raven regrets having told Tyler that she and him could only be friends, and when she finds out that he is going on a double date with Eddie, his date Chantel and Vicky, another girl from school, she enlists Chelsea's help in an attempt to divert Tyler's attention from Vicky, to her, by dressing up as belly dancers at the Middle-Eastern inspired restaurant the couples are dining at. Needless to say, the duo's random foils and follies lead this scheme to go worse than originally planned. Vicky ends up running out on Tyler and he is left embarrassed, and alone.
The day after Tyler's date, Raven attempts to apologize to Tyler for ruining his time with Vicky, only to find out that the two quickly made-up and are back on good terms, and that he even used his artistic abilities to create a flipbook for her, much like the one Raven saw in her vision when she learned Tyler had a crush on her. Thinking that it just "wasn't meant to be," Raven decides to let Tyler go, in order for him to be happy with Vicky.
We later learn, however, that Tyler does in fact still have feelings for Raven, but he too, is under the impression that things between them just weren't meant to be. Will either of them ever confess to how they feel?
Meanwhile, we watch in this episode as Tanya begins law school and as Victor signs he and Corey up for a "Father and Son Juggling Class", much to Victor's demise as he learns his juggling skills are anything less than to be desired!
