Runners, "transporters", carry evidence that the world is just as rotten as it had always been, delivering the truth for top dollar. they used to be ignored by the law, looked over because they were untouchable. but they've started training their own members of the force to finally take runners down. are you a Runner, thriving to survive and make ends meet? maybe you're a Chaser, hunting down the very thing that made you what you are today. but what if you're just a citizen, as clueless as everyone else?
