Sorry I've not been posting, but I've been busy with school. That being said, to get people posting again, let's discuss the new game.

The new FIRE EMBLEM game on the Wii...

Goddess of Dawn. Well, Sothe is going to get ALOT more screen time. Finally!

It's Radiant Dawn in America.

Pfeh. Goddess of Dawn sounds better...but yeah, damn government and their veto on anything revolving around religion...

That's not true. What about Heavenly Sword for the PS3? Halo 1-3? God of War 1 and 2? Hellgate: London? Games coming from Japan just often get name changes. And if they stooped everything that revolved around religion, we'd be missing a lot of games. The Halo games would be gone, Luminous Arc, and several other really great ones that I'm too sleepy to remember right now.

Getting back on track though, the game's been great so far (been playing it here and there since Tuesday). It's a bit difficult in normal mode, but it feels great, and i think it's a definate improvement from FE9.

I've received Radiant Dawn as well and have been making slow, but steady progress. Yes, it certainly is an improvement, or at least the system is. Part I felt rushed to me. I would reckon that's simply because I am unfamiliar with most of the characters, though. I am easily amused by battle sequences -- whether it's a taunt or some sort of zing that just pops in.

I daresay, when one plays Radiant Dawn and goes right back to Path of Radiance, Path of Radiance seems like child's play. Seriously. You play Radiant Dawn, this somewhat professional game that demands a lot of a tactician, and the next day you play Path of Radiance, which feels like a small pastime compared to Radiant Dawn.

I still play them both, and then other games. Can't focus on one game, after all.

And does anyone happen to have Muarim's description from the Library? For me, his description was replaced by Mist's, and then Mist still has her description. Just asking out of curiosity.

From my seached on the GameFAQs froum, that seems to be a common glitch.

Hmm... Hopefully, someone extracts Muarim's description. My overwhelming curiosity demands it.

This game just keeps getting better and better. *just got past the Endgame of Part III* That number count in the corner of the screen makes one nervous...

i got the game for christmas i just beat the path of radiance on saturday my personal favirite guy on there is Zihark. im glad thay put in that import charecters thing cuz my Zihark. ruled and i wanted him back. :ph43r: :ph43r: :ph43r: :ph43r:

Hahaha, i hate to say it, but of all the swordmasters, Zihark is the weakest model. Sure he's fast and has Adept, but, psh, honestly, Mia or Edward's stats are far greater by a longshot. If you don't believe me x3 check his stats vs those two.

there stats may be better to start with but i used all the items in the game to take up his stats so he was the bomb. and he had well over 200 kills. plus he looked a little like sepharoth from final fantesy.

I mean base stats, and the items don't increase it beyond those, in either game. The base stats determine their highest value, and even with items, they can't pass that limit. Edward's stats, save for his resistance, are better than Zihark. Heck, Mia's stats when you first get her, without increases, are better than Zihark. And Sephiroth? Don't make me laugh, Kefka made Sephie look like a joke.

thats just my pesonal opineon and i think zihrk is cool even with the low stats i like the way he was built him and tormod are my two favirites and by the end of path of radiance my two best.
