^good movie

Riu Hazuki - March 24, 2004 12:50 AM (GMT)
The Last Samurai. That is such a beautifully made movie. It, IMO, was an acurate representation of Samurai life, but maybe alittle glorified. Still a great movie.

Jaffar's long lost brother - April 4, 2004 05:10 AM (GMT)
last thing i saw was Monty Python "The Holy Grail" funny, but not really the last thing i saw, but it sticks out in my mind.

Shadow015 - April 4, 2004 06:54 PM (GMT)

Neil - April 8, 2004 03:53 AM (GMT)

Jaffar's long lost brother - May 5, 2004 03:01 AM (GMT)
Watched Dirty Rotten Scoundrels last night, funny movie with an unexpected twist at the very end, almost the very end.

Shadow015 - May 6, 2004 02:54 PM (GMT)

Kill Bill Vol. 2, it wasn't up to the QT standards... though, what is?

Link - July 15, 2004 04:20 AM (GMT)
I saw Basic last night. It, too, had a HUGE twist at the end.

Dice_04 - July 16, 2004 06:00 PM (GMT)
The last movie i saw was i-robot

Andy - July 18, 2004 07:04 PM (GMT)
How closely did it follow the book?

moonmage - July 24, 2004 01:18 AM (GMT)
Spider man 2

Andy - July 26, 2004 09:59 PM (GMT)
I saw that too. It was the lame of all lames.

moonmage - July 27, 2004 08:41 PM (GMT)
thats bull. spider man 2 was a great movie. dont dis spiderman. you probably watch hulk or gay movies like that.

Andy - July 27, 2004 10:04 PM (GMT)
What the Hell? I just hate comic-to-movie adaptations.

You want to talk to me about comics? The only superhero comics that don't make me hurl are The Watchmen and Top Ten (Moore fanboy). I've been a junkie for as long as I can remember.

Spider-Man 2 didn't really follow the original version. It just irks me to see people bastardize the vision of the creators. (Not that I even like Lee or the original, but I can feel their pain.)

I admit, it wasn’t as bad as some other adaptations (yes) like The Hulk. But it just rubbed me the wrong way. Not to mention Tobey McWhatever is an ass and the chick that played MJ was an awful actor (but Virgin Suicides was damn good).

To me, it came off as lame.

By the way, are you insulting gay movies? I enjoy a good shonen-ai every now and then (only animated, otherwise it's just too creepy). Gravi just so happens to be my second favorite anime...

Joe - July 29, 2004 12:46 PM (GMT)
Andy, just because other people aren't avid American comic readers such as yourself, doesn't mean that they don't know a good movie. And thought Spiderman 2 was good because they don't know, and/or don't really care. There is no need for a war here, that and I haven't seen it yet.

Sierra Todd - August 29, 2004 03:54 AM (GMT)
spidy 2 was good.
I-robot was better.

Without a padddle was the last movie i have seen.

Stormsworder - October 22, 2004 01:44 AM (GMT)
Last movie I saw was Resident Evil 2: Apocalypse. *pauses* NOW I know what I could do in my RE fan-fic! *runs off to write*

Axel - October 24, 2004 11:42 AM (GMT)
Oh come on! Spider man 2 wasn't that lame. It was a bit boring sometimes but otherwise it was pretty good, last movie that I saw was the day after tomorrow and that was shit!

Axel - October 27, 2004 05:38 PM (GMT)
...This is weird. I can't fight this word from any dictionary! Does anyone know what does the word P R E R O G A T I V E mean?

Andy - October 28, 2004 02:34 AM (GMT)
I-Robot = Suck. Asimov is turning in his grave.

Spidey 2 = Suck. I'm barfing on my couch.

Day After = Decent. Better than the other two crap-fests I mentioned.

Shinoku - October 28, 2004 03:36 AM (GMT)
Gays make me shudder everytime I think about them...not that I'm insulting them or anything, they just freak me out...
