Does anyone have a good method of killing him? I can never seem to get past him. I gave up on it. I was reading a different thread and Ice Titan was mentioned. So....does anyone have any suggestions?

oh god not him he was impossible, i kept trying to jump at him a cast magic but it was ineffctive, i need help with him too.

Yeah it sucks. I get like a little more than half way and then he woops my ass. It sucks, lol!

When he shoots icicles at you, attack them right as they get to you. That'll deflect them right back at him, and damage him. When he kneels down, let loose on him, preferably with Ragnarok. When he has the blocks of ice appear out of nowhere and chase and attack you, run like hell. The stairs worked best for me. Remember, during that battle, there are no boundaries. Move around as much as possible, and keep deflecting his icicles back at him. You'll kill him eventually.

cool i didnt know u could deflect the icicles and hurt him with them.

use the block ability. that helps a lot. and dodge around the battleground a lot. it requires good timing. its the only to damge him, by deflecting the icicles. and do NOT repeat DO NOT cast Aero or Aeroga. he starts throwing HUGE Icicles at you which are like impossible to deflect. he is pretty easy to whup once yoy get into the pattern, much like sephiroth,

lol i can last 30 seconds on spethy but then again i dont try to beat him that much.

sephiroth is indeed tough, but with practice you start learning his pattern of attacks. i whupped him like 30 times in a row with ease.

ived learned bopth of their patterns and ive beaten sephy once and i still cant get the ice tiatan

they both give me a ton of trouble

dont use aero, it makes the icicles bigger
try reflecting the ones he sends at you back by striking them (guard)
AVIOD BEING FROZEN
even though its not that bad
use the steps for the battle
when he kneels over STRIKE

good avice man, cant say iv played kh since i posted on this thread though. one day ill beat him.

its been a while
i actually only restarted a kh so i could fight riku again.

thats a good fight that one, i rate it 9?10.

the second fight was almost as bad (at that time) as sephiroth later on
i hate his dark aurua attack (except when im using it in CoM)

I beat Ice Titan in 1 try. Sephiroth in like 4 or 5.

I didn't take Sephiroth seriously. At all.

If anyone has any trouble with Ice Titan then simply do this.

Equip a keyblade with fairly long range and good attack as wel as glide, high jump , and your choice of the Ragnarok or Air Raid abilities. (Ragnarok is recommended)

Next the battle. As soon as you get into the battle, run towards the stairs to the left. Ice Titan should begin assaulting you with icicles. Hit them as soon as they get within range of you and they will hit Ice Titan dealing damage. After a few times of doing this he will kneel down.

Immediately get to him as fast as you can, since like other bosses, and enemies, he won't be down for long.

Now is the time to unload on him. Hit him and go straight into Ragnarok and try to get the full attack on him. usually you can do this twice before he gets back up. Rinse and repeat.

Also be sure to heal yourself often. MP Rage is a nice skill to have since most likely you will get hit by icicles more than a few times.
