well personally i liked the movie it was good all around for the most part. the only part i disliked and at the same point liked was the fact that it was so much more unbelievable. i mean the way they practically could fly and all. Cloud practically flew through the entire battle between himself and Kadaj as well as himself and Sephiroth/Kadaj. that part kind of made me dislike it a bit in the fact that it wasn't like FF7 in a lot of ways. or am i wrong? :slap:

well... that's the point of a fantasy movie I gues... a lil bit too extraordinary... i like that.

i thought that too. it seemed a bit OTT. it was cool still and as Mayura said its a fantasy movie but one thing i didnt like was how cloud was portrayed to be way more powerfuller than the rest of the guys.
the bahamut fight for example. when the guys were attackin him he didnt even flinch and all of a sudden when cloud comes he's flinching from every atack he throws. i didnt like that.

Well, the game had its gameplay and battle system to entertain you and the movie just had the scenes to keep you glued. So if it's just flat out "no-flying-skills-and-awesome-sparks-of-lightning-at-the-clashes-of-swords" then it's not as interesting :D

Yeah, that part of AC is awesome. I liked the movie.

Eh?..maybe it has way to many fantasy scenes..and Cloud being the strongest? is cos he is isnt he? when you fight for something you give all you got and t hat's where your strenght comes from.

I actually loved how it was made and all the flying lol i have no idea why but it made it very exciting :D

is he really the strongest though? i mean really? isn't Sephiroth actually stronger than him? I'm sure its been mentioned that in that last battle Sephiroth was only like toying with him and he didn't break a sweat while Cloud was almost ready to give up

But i see where you're coming from with the whole when fighting for the people you love and loved as if to avenge them once again, he is going to be not only physically strong but mentally too :)

cloud isnt the strongest. yeah he's powerful but i wouldnt say the strongest. they made him seem way more powerful than the rest of the gang in that bahamut fight, didnt go down well with most of the fans i know.

I love that movie I watch it offten! It is like that because it is suppose to be a very cool movie!

I saw the movie about a year ago, and I LOVED it. I saw it like 30 times before I had to return it. It's freaking awesome tho.

What part of this movie IS beleivable? It's all computer generated, so it's going to be fake, and keep in mind, it's Final Fantasy. That in it's self should tell you it's fake.

Although, there is one thing all of you are forgetting. Cloud and Sephiroth are technically the same person. One super evil master mind of chaos, and another super strong ex-SOLDIER of chaos. They both have their weaknesses and strengths, and only the other can kill each other, so technically, neither one is stronger than the other.
