I have the wii and the xbox 360 and really the only games i buy for the 360 now are racing games..(the only shooter i play is socom for the psp.>>) Just cause although it might be cool on the wii, its just not for me. I prefer to race with a controller, rather than spinning a stick sideways and up and down, thats all

I rather like the Wii, but I want a 360 too. But I don't want to sell my PS2, so...

I prefer my ps2 to my xbox 360, but I dont think I would be happy about losing either of them.XD

Yeah. And these days more and more games are selling on all systems. All that 360 has to offer now that ps2 doesnt is halo(Which ive never played) or so I think, anyway. And HD or whatever. But theres some awesome exclusive sony games e.g. most of the ff games( I think) kh, tekken, and some others. But what it all really comes down to is personal taste in gaming genres.

I think the 360 still has a few good games to get through on.

I cant really think of any reason anyone would get a 360 besides halo or to get extra content and play games online.. OH MY GAWD, I was in gamestop and I saw halo 3 legendary edition for ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY BUCKS! 130!!!! I nearly fell over..thats freaking crazy.

I may not own any next-gen systems yet, but I'll give you my opinion on each of them.

I'm starting to look into the PS3 over anything. It's (finally) starting to get a decent lineup. KH3, FFXIII, Resistance: Fall of Man, Dragonball Z: Tenkaichi 3 (Yes, I know, I'm a nerd), Gran Turismo 4, GTA4, etc. And with the $100 price drop, it's becoming more of a reality to get.

The 360 is strong, but its lineup is starting to die down. Halo 3 has quickly died in hype since its release (the first Halo game not to receive a perfect score), and it seems that was what was keeping the 360 alive. Fanboy completely obsessed with Halo. I don't know of any blockbuster titles coming out for the 360, unless Fable 2 counts. But then again, that's also released for the PC..

The Wii is wonderful. RE4: Wii Edition continues to be the game I want to play the most, and Super Smash Bros: Brawl is pretty much guaranteed to be a winner (as the last two were). However, after a long day of school and/or work, I doubt many people will want to come home and stand up while playing video games. I'll be the first one to admit it. I enjoy being lazy, sitting on my couch, and mashing buttons until I'm content.

As for a portable system, it depends. I'd highly recommend my PSP over my DS, because of the custom firmware, homebrew, etc. As a stand alone system, DS beats the PSP. But, if you're willing to downgrade your PSP and upgrade to custom firmware, you can play SNES, NES, Genesis, GBA, GBC, PS1, etc. games on your PSP

Then again, with the PSP, in order to take advantage of the homebrew scene, you'll need a good sized memory stick (the ideal size would be 2GB or higher). That would set you back an additional $40+.

With the DS, you can get homebrew on it, but it is more expensive. You would need a flashdrive, which costs roughly $60. With it though, you can play homebrew as well.

DS wins in current games. PSP wins in homebrew scene. It really depends on what the user wants in a system, and how much they're willing to spend.

Zero: Tenkaichi 3 is only coming out on the PS2 and the Wii.
KH3 hasn't been announced.

..point taken. Tenkaichi 3 is awesome though, and it'll be one of the games I spend the most time playing, even if I get a PS3. I don't understand why they didn't make a PS3 version of it. It could've probably doubled the graphics in it.

I'm going to get it for the PS2. And I'm going to get Rock Band for the PS2.

Rock Band looked awesome, and I cant wait for kh3 >.<

Why not? I would never in my life buy or play Halo and thats really the only OMG need to have exclusive 360 game. Besides Fable whch I've never nor do I intend to play.

I almost never play it..the only downside is I would never get back the100 dollars I spent on xbox live stuff. And if I get carbon and all those game sI had for th eother consoles Id lose my saves..

you can, but its in a kind of order, id recomend oblivion, and despite the bad reviews two worlds is prety good.
