Okay, every GF has the Boost ability, in which you learn for simply 10 AP.

The n00b question is....

....how exactly do you use the Boost ability? >,<

Its the square button. I think you gotta press select first and you'll see in the corner it shows the boost. You gotta bash on square button for the boost and stop every time the redX appears and then bash down again when it goes.
