(the only reason I didn't put this in the suggest a section thread was because I didn't want to double post)

I realize that people can go to a user profile but I thought, that it would be interesting if we had a section where users could post a biography of themselves. of course it would need a basic structure (which I would be willing to create) and a directory thread (which I would be willing to oversee)

the directory thredy would link to a users biography.

I would come up with biography with some basic required questions, some suggessted questions and areas. and some areas for leisure.

it would be somewhat like a template but the bio would be in pragraph form.

This would need to be its own section somewhere as well.

I would create a thread first that had all the questions.
then a thread for a directory of submitted bio's.

of course I would do a bio too.

Hmmmm The plan would need some work maybe. But the idea itself is good. The only thing would people actually fill it out, and how much use would they be?

If you had such an idea no one would mind if you double posted, specially cuz you don't have a habit of doing so.

Yeah sounds like a good idea. We do need variety and it might be fun.

Well the way it would work best is if it had 2 pinned threads. one as a directory for all the biographies submitted so far and one as a thread for a template and to answer member questions.

I would therefore (after I create a basic outline of my plan) need a mod to pinn those threads. I don't know where I should create them though or if it should be its own section
