Koshi Rikdo has authorized most, if not all, of the episodes of Excel Saga at the beginning of the episode. I think they just put this for both humor, and not to piss off Young King Ours and Koshi Rikdo.
Someday when I'm watching the show from start to finish again I'll sit down and write out all the authorizations for you ;) (And hell, if I get really bored I might just write some transcripts of some episodes)

Anyone of you, besides me, ever met him in person? He looks kind of different in real life.
daringu - February 3, 2004 05:40 PM (GMT)
YOU MET HIM???? *cries*
Were you at AX? How was it?
From what I've seen he does look different.
five_one_four - February 4, 2004 03:57 AM (GMT)
Yes, I was at AX. It was great and was better than the one last year. Well, the one last year was great too but still.

Did you get anything signed? Did you watch the panel? What did he say?
...*is curious* ^_^
five_one_four - February 6, 2004 11:28 PM (GMT)
1) I got him to autograph the cover of the 1st Excel Saga DVD. Hooray! This will be worth over a million dollars in the future...probably!
2) Unfortunately, I didn't watch the panel. I didn't even know the time of the panel until after it took place. :(
3) Since I wasn't at the panel, I didn't know what he said. At the autograph booth, however, he said that he's surprised with how popular his work is in America.
