What kind of trick would need our great heroines to pull off to defeat Priscilla and probably Isley too. Because later or sooner it's a given such a fight between the surviving 7 and Abysall One will conduct.

What should they do ? Asking help from organization ? Recruiting more claymores ? Getting human help ? Awakening themselves ?

I will activate my trap card Mirror Force and have her kill herself. Or the Org can have a Tersesa clone made (chibi-Clare not included. Who needs her anyway?) and have the two monsters battle it out.

But seriously speaking, given what we know of Priss right now, it will be close to impossible to kill her. The Lucky Seven might be able to face off against her for a while (say, a few minutes?), but ultimately they will all die. The only force I think that reasonably has a chance against Priss is for the Abyssal Ones to team up - but with Luciela dead, Riful has no one to hook up with. Isley's having a good time with Priss and Raki, and Alicia can't possible work together with Riful to take down Priss.

Of course, the Seven can always team up with Riful, but that is unlikely. After the events of chapter 72 (and what happened before and after it), Riful will bear a grudge against the Seven for stealing her prey/playthings/"friends". They can't go back to the Org - the men in black would no doubt kill them if they could.

But if the Seven can beat the Org senseless, they might be able to get them to see things their way... :D

Rakki wil defeat Priscilla..damn, that's so lame but actullaly possible as Priscilla might simply not attack Rakki because she developed strong bond with him.

I actually would like a scene in which humans actually came up with a way to fight yoma and awakened beings, making them undependable on claymores or organization - I would find is a fitting ending.

I don't think Raki could do anything much to Priscilla physically
even if Priscilla stands as a sandbag, I'd doubt that he can successfully put a scratch on her
and he will develop a strong bond for Priscilla as well, and this may become a disadvantage for Claire if Raki stops her from killing Priscilla in the future.

Raki will eat her brains, that's obvious - whom he love more - Priscilla or Clare ? :D

Naah, I know - Rakki will be a troublesome factor, but I believe he will be partly responsible for Priscilla death - doesn't it always ends like that ?

How to defeat Priscilla?

Well, ad far as I remember (since I didn't read the manga from the very start), Clare had a bit of a problem with fighting Priscilla at the start, but later on had a higher and higher success rate, until Jeane (another very good character DEAD, GONE, FINITTO) came along and bled out in fornt of Clare.

Priscilla got away at that point. I would say Clare would have to awaken now, to beat the shi out of the Awakened One yet again...

BUT(T) ....

Following the events now, Clare started developing a sudden back bone, as is displayed in the recent fight with Bloody Agatha.
It took Galatea a hell of a lot of time to even get close to her, if she indeed did that in any given moment (partially insane toddler trying to kill her in between everything).
Then Clare comes along, gives that speech of hers which has the whole "I'm the Hero, and that means you're automatically dead" thing (which is why Yagi-senpai took a break) and cuts off one of Agatha's legs. It takes a while for Agatha even realize what in Hells name happened. Let's review;

Agatha - Former no. 2, Awakened
Miata - insane toddler, current no. 4, but has material for no. 1
Galatea - former no. 4, BLIND
Clare - former no. 47, only quarter Yome, has Teresa showed inappropriate in her body and took off a former no. 2's leg before she could see it.

I think Clare might not have too much of a problem with the Awakened Amnesiac. But, then again Teresa did say that the next time she met Priscilla, she'd be dead?

The answer is simple. Quicksword + chop her head to isty bitsy pieces until it can't regenerate anymore = Dead Priscilla.

I would think it's going to be a bit more complicated then that.
Remember how Clare screwed up the Quicksword?
She reduced the power drastically to gain enough precision. Priscilla as tiny as she is compared to the rest of the Awakened beings still can't be compared too much power wise to them;
Metaphorically speaking, she need only blink and they're gone. I do admit Clare has improved drastically over the seven year arc, but let's not forget that Teresa had a hard time dealing with Priscilla.
Priscilla forced her to actually release 10% of her power, and she herself admitted, where they to meet again, the chances of defeating Priscilla would be slim to none. If Priscilla knew how to wield her power a bit more at the time she fought Teresa, the fight would have been over fairly quickly.

When a Claymore Awakens they are no longer bound to anything but their own hunger;
Priscilla still thinks she's a Claymore, despite her craving for hunger, and we've still to find out what's going on in her childish mind, but she's no weakling - it took a single blow from her to rip apart a small part of Isley.
