Which of this series would be good material for the RPG ?

Maybe if possible, a Rosario+Vampire RP and a Fate Stay Night RP might be fun. :)

Almost anything can become a good RP with good GMs that possess creativity. A friend of mine is creating an RP that reminds me a bit of Silent Hill, from what he's shown me. Except it would have more than one person in the game obviously, but regardless I've been giving my friend a hand with the RP, building maps and such, eager to see it get off the ground.

There was an R+V RP on OM, but the GM ultimately killed the RP with his/her lack of devotion to it. It seemed to be going well but the GM prevented the platers from doing many things, such as using the OOC, so it died a slow and painful death...

Fate/Stay Night, once I'm caught up with it (I managed to find a way to still read it on OM :D), I'd be interested in an RP for it.

FMA might be interesting, but again what makes a good RP is a good GM. We apparently have those kinds of people though :D

Other series... Tales of Symphonia. It turned out to be a pretty good RP, but sadly some of OM's worst RPers joined it and it went downhill from there :(

A Gundam RP might be fun here. The ones I've been in have turned out nicely and run smoothly, so long as people devote to it. If not Gundam, some other mecha RP could turn out to be fun. Like I said though, virtually anything can become a good RP so long as the GMs have some experience and creativity. I was even able to enjoy a Kingdom Hearts RP...

Pokemon (LOL....seriously though can we?)

Three Kingdom period (base more on Dynasty Warriors)

High School scenario (We just base it on any typical High School Anime world thing and go from there with original characters and such.)

Daily life scenario (same as above except we don't have to limit ourselves to high school.)

Fate Stay Night RP, although I have no doubt knowledge for such, would be extremely hard to pull off - especialy since the most important thing between players would be NOT knowing what kind of servant or abilities are that of other player.

Gudam RP has so many factors to take in account that I think I wouldn't be able to GM it fairly, but it would could be an interesting RP.

Resident Evil, Diablo II, or how about something about World War II?

We could even do a Fatal Frame RPG. I don't know how that is going to work, it was just an idea.

I am quite afraid to make an RPG about WWII, unless Reinard would help me out.

Diablo II is basically "Sword and Magic" or "Dungeon and Dragons" RPG.

I could probably pull off Kingdom Hearts really really easily. I could probably make a story that's better than the one on KH2 as well.

I think the best thing about RP is letting your imagine run wild with the settings and characters. I think it would be boring to make an RP that's based around real life (High School, WW2 etc).

Well, I am actually preparing to launch a Sci-Fi RP, which's sing up thread will be posted tomorrow, I already started writing the post, but realized that I made some grave mistakes due to tiredness and hence decided to post tomorrow... /sorry

Would anyone be up for a Baten Kaitos RP?

What is a 'Baten Kaitos'?

Good question. Seriously what is it?

Well I know Wikipedia isn't exactly the most credible source of info, but some stuff about it can be found here:

Both are games that are still available (check your local Wal-Mart or eBay) for the Gamecube and can be played on the Wii. It would be difficult to explain it though...you might understand better if you played the game.

Though, the RP wouldn't be directly related, story and character wise. The only things that would still be there are the locations, Magnus (the weapons you'd use in the game) and the Empire. If it were stuff would be same-old, same-old and exclusionary so only those that DID play it would understand.

I'm willing to run something Warhammer 40,000 related if people are interested, or some kind of alternate-events version of World War II, because those are always fun. Trying to gauge interest in novel ideas.

I played only fantasy warhammer and my knowledge about warhammer 40k is almost non-existant but I could give it a try.

I think we all have two sorts of warhammer in our mind.

i love the idea of a dynasty warriors RP (because im such a three kingdoms buff) but i would imagine there would be so much to handle >.>

Please, anything but Battle Royale. It never works, because the mangas aren't meant to be balanced if they intermingle. In the end, you change things so much that they don't retain the good parts anymore. So, battle royale should never be the theme.

I kinda find Battle Royale easiest to perform.

Normal charas with no super powers
Each of them gets one random weapon
There is a map
Each of them decided where to go.
Each of them can camp in one place
Each of them can form teams

The concept is easy, it would be rather long RPG thought and would need a lot of preparation beforehand.

How about a Martial Art's RP? Like 'Fist of the North Star', 'New Grappler Baki', etc.

It'll be fun! Chaotic but fun!
