.::Notes::.This is an extra scene where the Yoma/AB Players pit against the Claymore Players in a time-based quest. The Yoma Players will form a team while the Claymore Players will form a team. This extra scene goes against all conventions where ABs will deal the same damage just like what a Yoma does. No player killings are to take place for it's a mini game. I'll place ABs into the Yoma category just to make things easier for this mini game to take place. This Extra Scene will only last for 28
Game Days. At the end of it, the side that's closest in achieving their aims will be declared the winner.
The town of Kino is located in the Northern snowy regions of the Claymore world. Town Kino has
1000* Households but despite its large numbers, its not a prosperous town for its located in the icy and snowy regions in the North. To make a living out of the icy North by itself is already a difficult task. Town Kino is divided into 28 districts, each district varying in size and houses a different number of households.
*The exact number of households will depend on the number of participants.
.::Mission Statement::.Team Yoma/AB - Murder as many humans as possible.
Team Claymore - Reduce the number of human casualties to the minimum.
.::Factors to determine which side wins::.The exact figure will depend on the number of sign-ups. However, here's how it will go. Assuming that it's 2 Yomas vs 2 Claymores. Team Yoma will win if they are able to eliminate 50% of Town Kino's Household. Team Claymore will win if they can keep more than half of the households around at the end of the 28 Game Days.
Team Yoma has to eliminate 25% of the population (250 Households) to win.
Team Claymore has to save more than 75% of the population (750 Households) to win..::How to play::.The side quest relies heavily on PM, something like Mafia where players have to PM me with their decision.
Players with Yoma character will need to select a district to attack while a Claymore player will need to select a district to defend for each Game Day. All killings will take place at night. The amount of households in each district will not be disclosed from the start. Each Yoma players will get to pick a district out of the 28 districts and to attack the households that are in the district. The exact number will be 10% of the total number of household the district has. For example, if District 1 has 10 households, the Yoma Player will be able to murder only 1 household. The more households there are in the district, the higher the casualties. The
number of casualties, the
District Number where the casualties take place, and the
districts patrolled by the Claymores will be announced at the start of each Game Day. Each Claymore player will get to select a District out of the 28 districts to patrol for each Game Day. If the Claymore player coincidentally/deliberately selects a District that the Yoma player has selected, the Yoma player will not be able to deal any damage in that District for that particular Game Day. For every district visited by a Claymore player, the exact number of Households will be made known to that Claymore player through PM. Whether to share/not to share the information is up to the player's discretion. The Yoma players, on the other hand, can only figure out the number of households through the number of deaths and from the moves of the Claymore players.
Each Player is only allowed to defend/attack a district per Game Day.
More than two Yoma players can choose to attack 1 district on the same Game Day. More Yomas will equate to higher number of casualties.
Only 1 Claymore player is needed to defend a district per Game Day. 1 Claymore is enough to repel all Yoma attacks.
Communication among players in the same team is vital. Imagine 2 Claymores defending 1 District on the same day.
After I post the "News" for each Game Day, players are free to come up with a short story or a short post on what their character has been doing the night before. For example, if I announce that District 1 has 10 household deaths, Player A (who is the Yoma responsible for the murders) can elaborate or describe what s/he has done on that night. The length of the post will be all up to the player's choice but I feel that it'll be a good writing practice. Also, I would not like to be the one spamming the whole RP thread alone with news.
