Parking Fee $9.00 per car not included in ticket cost but can be purchased in advance. (see order form below)

Park Gates open at 10:00am - Park closes at 10:00pm - Wild Water Kingdom closes at 7:00pm

Awards Presentation 11:00am - 12:00noon in Picnic Grove Area

All you can eat Buffet 12:00noon till 5:00pm

This years Buffet will include:

Fried Chicken

Italian Sausage w/Peppers & Onions

Meatballs in Sauce

Potato Chips

Pasta Salad

Baked Beans

condiments and unlimited beverages

PLEASE NOTE - Picnic Grove area must be cleared of all personal items by 6:00pm

Ticket options

If you do not buy a ticket from the league... the Regular gate admission - $37.95 and they will not be allowed in picnic area. This is Dorney Park rules not mine.

League Ticket Prices...

Skater Tickets $10.00 per person

(skaters must have attended a minimum of five league meets to be eligible for the discount tickets)

Jr./Sr. Skater tickets $10.00 per person

(Skaters competing in a minimum of 5 meets -Children under 48” tall or Seniors over 62 years of age)

Skaters with PERFECT MEET ATTENDANCE Tickets are FREE

Friends & Family Member Tickets $25.00 per person

Jr. & Sr. Tickets $20.00 Children under 48” tall or Seniors over 62 years of age

Toddlers & Babies under the age of 2 years are FREE

Parking Vouchers - preorder your Parking voucher $9.00 each (same as booth price)

Ticket Distribution
Tickets will be shipped by group to a team representative or coach.

Most likely on or before May 25th. This will depend on how long it takes Dorney Park to ship them to me.

I will not be able to hand tickets out at the Trexlertown Event on May12th,

Due to the short time line between the last meet (Fantasy) and the E.S.S. “Schools Out” event.

Tickets will not be shipped to me till later in the month.

Hi holly -
Question about the ticket prices....I assume the "friends and family" price of $25
is for entrance to the food pavilion for an adult??
So for myself I'd pay $25 + $37.50 (for admission to the park)????

And assuming my skater kids have perfect attendence - does their FREE ticket
assume park entrance PLUS food pavillion?

And everyone…

I only put the $37.50 in there so everyone could see what the league is doing for them. $37.50 is what "John Doe" would pay at the front gate. It is the normal gate price and does not allow them access to the picnic area. They can not get in.

The league is buying the tickets in advance and discounting them to you out of the league's budget. This will cost the league a large chunk of $... We are doing it because the awards presentation is so close to Regionals and then Nationals, it is a gesture of appreciation for your dedication and commitment.
I asked the coaches, if this year, we could offer the tickets to the skaters and their families at a greater discount, to help ease the $ burden. The coaches agreed this would be something special for the skaters and approved the discounted prices... Now, the families can come and enjoy without killing their pockets! All day entertainment, 5 hours of an all-you-can-eat and drink buffet, and no skating involved!

The prices I gave are what you will pay, food and Park included.

$10.00 skater ticket pays for Picnic area and park.

$25.00 Friends and Family covers Picnic area and park. (Within reason!)
(I must note…The league reserves the right to limit the ticket qty purchased at the discount especially, if we feel you are taking an unfair advantage of the league's generosity. This is something special we are doing for close friends and Family of the skater’s so they can share their special day, if it abused, the discounts will NOT be offered again.)
$20.00 Friends and Family Junior/Senior tickets - Picnic area and park.

Perfect Attendance will be checked... ONLY skaters with Perfect attendance will get their tickets free. Their Friends and Family will pay the $25.00 or $20.00 if they are Jr/Sr.

This is IMPORTANTIF they do not buy a ticket from the league by the last meet...
They will NOT be allowed to join us in the picnic area.
After I send in the contract I can not buy more tickets later.
All tickets must be purchased by the close of the May meet.
