Why am I here?
I used to write and read Fan Fiction on the Elijah Wood Fan Network, but seeing as their rules are now TELLING us what to write, I have basically abandoned the forum except for one story, which I am still posting up. I want to be on this particular board because you can write freely and the Administrators don't tell us what we can and can't write.
Serious or just for fun?
You may want to know if my writing is serious, and if I want to do it for a living, or if I'm just doing this while I wait for my life to start.
The truth is, I don't know yet. I enjoy writing so much, but I think I'd rather do something with journalism for a living. But yes, one of my dreams and goals is to publish a novel someday, and I hope it comes true. For now, I'm just working on my writing skills and making friends.
Who am I?

Well, I'm fourteen and going into high school this fall. I live in Chicago, Illinois and have been here for basically all my life. My family is 100% Polish, though I was born and raised in America. I've never even been to Poland. But I speak the language fluently. I love rock music - Smashing Pumpkins, Queens Of The Stone Age, Dashboard Confessional - and I'm a band geek. I play the oboe. Bet you don't know that is, do you? Let's see... I love the color ice blue and one weekends I just like to stay home with a pizza and watch movies or play video games. Sometimes I'll go to the movies if something good is playing or write chapters. I love reading, and my favorite authors are Amelia Atwater-Rhodes and Francesca Lia Block. I'm a fanatic for everything Lord Of the Rings and basically in love with Elijah Wood... hehe, aren't we all? Well, that's about all I can think of right now.
My Fics...
I just posted up my story 'Out Of The Rain' and I have a plot and prologue in the works for an up-and-coming runaway story called 'Painting The Stars'. That's all I'm working on right now, but I have ideas waiting to be written down, including a vampire story I want to write and another thriller one which has yet to have a title. So yeah...
