How to Upload a Picture (and get it up on EWAC)
Alright. Newbies often have trouble with this. If not, I guess I wasted my time. But I'm bored anyways.
So. You see everyone posting pictures everywhere! How'd they get it there?
I'm assuming you are familiar with computers and the internet. Here we go.
1. Get an image hosting site to upload your picture to. Many sites include Photobucket, Imagestation and there are many others that I won't list here. I personally recommend Photobucket.
2. Sign-up, register and all that. Hopefully you should know how to do that.
3. Know where you saved/stored your image on your computer.
4. Sign in, and upload your image. If you registered at photobucket, read all of 4.
4 a) Click on Browse -
4 B) Find where it is with this box which should pop up -
4 c) Click Submit -
5. You need the link of your picture. Now, for photobucket users, there should be two lines of stuff underneath your picture. Highlight all of the top row and then copy with either right click + Copy or Ctrl + C. FOr other users, right click on your picture, go to properties and highlight the link to copy -
6. Go to where you want to post in EWAC and on the toolbar above where you post, click on Img -
7. Right click and paste (or Ctrl + V) in the little box they give you -
8. Click OK and the picture is there. Then just submit your post as usual!
If you need to post more than one picture, repeat Steps 5-8.
