You'll both be very shocked then
on the babblepage in the toilet (we live with 19 girls in one house and there is a piece of paper hanging at the inside of the door in one of the toilets) we have a contest: who looks best Will Turner (orlando bloom) or Horatio Hornblower (some actor named Ioan Gruffud ore something)
thusfar orlando lags behind with 1-5
(I'm the only person who voted for him up till now (positive side: if they don't want him, more Orlando for me  ))
and there is also this card with elijah on, and Els:" yeah he really does look like an elf"
after which I decided to add a photo of our chocolate boy and the comment that elijah plays frodo (the hobbit) and that the elf is played by orlando bloom (which is completely impossible after fre 'cause legolas has blond hair and blue eyes and orlando bloom brown hair and eyes) and that that's another person.
And yes they do live on the same planet as we do
(I do like to go to the bathroom since :lalala: )

Your sig is completely hilarious by the way :D
(and some people just have bad taste...)

Meep, don't slit my throat or anything (lmao..), but I was one of those that didn't like Orlando, till a couple of moths ago (like, one and a half  ) when I saw him in a couple of clips on the net. I always thought he was all, prissy, lmfaooo, and shallow, you know, but later, luckily, I realized that he's God's gift to me. I mean, us. I meant us. :noangel:

Hey Matt, I was in the same situation just a couple of months ago!
I started out wondering about the unusual hype about the elf man who simply has a weird sense of fashion  and I couldn't believe that the blue eyed hobbit man was not as highly-profiled.
Then I read LCOTS and started noticing him. Then clips and all... Yeah, so you can say it all started with a fanfic
And yes, he's God's gift to me us!

Seriously, why do people always think he's shallow? :(
It's *so* unfair!
Matt - January 22, 2004 12:57 PM (GMT)
Because he happens to be the prettiest one? *wink*

I was actually one of those people too who didn't care for Orlando Bloom...not because I thought of him as shallow or anything, just when I first saw him on LOTR I just shrugged my shoulders and went "Eh". But now I absolutely adore him. I think it was Pirates that did it for me. I'm a sucker for curly hair...

yup know the feeling, didn't understood why everybody kept drooling over this blondhaired sissy that nanced around the place, hadn't even noticed him (too busy drooling over aragorn)
And then I saw POTC and euuuh drooled all over the place (don't think the guys who came with us will ever again) luckily my friend prefered johnny so we spend the movie happily drooling together (lost track of what I actually wanted to say  )
^_^ remebered it again, just like longhaired macho's :tsk: (with a soft side) (is why I liked 'once upon a time in mexico' so much)
 he gets the most atention (doesn't feel like it should be spelled this way) for his worst acting :lalala:
but whatever 3 cheers for whatever comes to the screen
-I'd really like to see him playing some bad guy (not a cool bad guy, but somebody completely rotten) Somebody you'd love to hate-

Yeah I know that's exactly how I felt. I thought of him as just a sissy blonde elf. So, I didn't care for him much. And I absolutely loved 'Once Upon A Time in Mexico'!! I thought that movie rocked. Though I never saw 'Desperado', I don't think it's crucial to see it before you see the other one. But, who knows. But Pirates really got me...it was the hair and the swordfights and...and...gah...at a loss for words....he was just so  droolworthy...hehee.
